  • Patent number: 4582075
Abstract: A disposable toothbrush having a squeezable handle with dentifrice therein. A cap is mountable to the brush to enclose the bristles and prevent dentifrice from escaping the brush. Each bristle includes a square cross-section and a radiused distal end. The end of the handle is sealed by a closure having a mounting pin hole to facilitate mounting of the brush in an upright position upon a mounting pin.

  • Patent number: 4521128
Abstract: A disposable toothbrush containing dentifrice with enclosure cap. The toothbrush main body has a hollow squeezable handle with dentifrice therein. A passage leads from the handle to an outlet on the brush head with the dentifrice flowing outwardly from the head between the opposite ends of the bristles. A cap removably mounted to the brush head encloses the bristles and has a plug sealingly projectable into the dentifrice outlet.

  • Patent number: 4176980
Abstract: A toothbrush and dentifrice combination, at least partially disposable, including an elongated handle having a central axis and an elongated cavity offset from the central axis therein, the offset cavity containing an amount of dentifrice material and defining a thin-walled portion and a thick-walled portion in the handle, and a head being attached to the handle and having an inner elongated cavity and a number of bristles defining a brushing surface thereon, the head further including three outlet openings in the brushing surface connected to the inner elongated cavity therein, which is in turn connected to the offset cavity in the handle. The handle is one integral piece of a resilient thermoplastic material and the thin-walled portion in the handle is readily compressible within its elastic limit a sufficient amount to collapse the offset cavity in the handle and force the dentifrice material into the inner cavity in the head and out through the outlet openings in the brushing surface.

  • Patent number: 4114778
Abstract: A sanitary drinking spout interiorly attached to a liquid container and extendable therefrom. The container includes a top wall with an aperture sealed by a tear tab. The spout includes a pair of flanges integrally attached together and spaced apart by a flexible center portion. The flanges are interiorly mounted to the top wall on opposite sides of the sealed aperture. The center portion of the spout is projectable when the aperture is opened by tearing the tab sealing the aperture closed. In one embodiment, a finger is mounted interiorly to the tear tab with the spout projecting between the finger and tear tab. Upon removal of the tear tab from the can, the finger forces the spout outwardly through the aperture. In another embodiment, a second aperture is provided on the top wall of the can for allowing air to enter the can facilitating pouring through the spout.
