Abstract: A method provides a computer-implemented environment for improved educator effectiveness. The method includes a server serving, receiving, and storing web pages over a wide area network connected to client computers of administrators or teachers of a school, so the administrators or teachers can create, use or view processes and observation workflows to conduct performance reviews of teachers in the school.

Abstract: A computer-implemented, portable environment for in-class educator observation allows an observer to easily capture and date-stamp the observer's in-class observations of educator performance, and then to easily align such observations to template standards of an observation template, all in a way that allows the observer to focus on capturing details about the educator performance rather than on the data-gathering process.

The content management engine transmits a first instance of an interactive content dataset via the communication unit to a first client device of a first user for presentation. The interactivity module receives event data describing an interaction with the interactive content dataset from the first client device via the communication unit. The reporting module generates a report describing the interaction by the first user with the interactive content dataset and transmits the report via the communication unit to one or more of the first client device and a second client device of a second user for presentation.

The managing system includes means for streaming or broadcasting the instructional segment to the user for review by the user, means for evaluating the user's comprehension of the instructional segment, means for verifying whether the user has completed or accessed the instructional segment, and means for reporting the user's evaluation results of the instructional segment to an administrator or administrators.

Abstract: A web-enabled system for teaching skills to participants, assisting participants in integrating and applying those skills to their vocation, assessing the success of participants in applying the skills, and evaluating whether or not additional training is necessary is disclosed. The present system may be used to train instructors based on federal, state or regional industry standards and to assist them in integrating their training into their work environment. This system operates by initially providing a matrix that automatically conforms to standards set by the state or regional districts where the instructor works. Next, instructors use the matrix to train. The system then enables the instructor to integrate the training into their work environment. After the instructor teaches based on the training received, students of the instructor may then be assessed using any of the standardized examinations.
