  • Patent number: 11657344
Abstract: A system and methods are provided for a workforce management (WFM) system adapted to perform automated scheduling operations based on scheduling rule(s) and/or parameter(s). The system includes a processor and a computer readable medium operably coupled thereto, to perform the scheduling operations which include automatically generating a survey comprising queries based on the scheduling rule(s) and parameter(s) having at least a first and second dimension, distributing the survey to user(s) via one or more interfaces of the WFM system, detecting each response to the survey via the WFM system, analyzing, using a deep learning model, each survey response, generating one or more recommendations for the user(s) based on analyzing each response using the deep learning model, detecting one or more feedbacks to the survey via the WFM system, and adjusting, using the deep learning model and the feedback(s) to the recommendation(s), one or more of the parameters for the survey.

  • Publication number: 20230103265
Abstract: Methods of determining optimal staffing distributions include receiving input, wherein the input includes a first workforce constraint and a second workforce constraint; identifying a plurality of values for the first workforce constraint; determining, for each identified value for the first workforce constraint, a combination of the plurality of agent groups that provide the identified value for the first workforce constraint; selecting, for each identified value for the first workforce constraint, a combination of the plurality of agent groups from the determined combinations, that provides an optimal value for the second workforce constraint; generating an optimal line; displaying the optimal line on a graphical user interface; receiving a selection of a point on the optimal line; and applying the selected point to a staffing distribution plan.

  • Patent number: 11315050
Abstract: A system is provided for a workforce management system adapted to perform automated scheduling operations based on one or more scheduling rules. The system includes a processor and a computer readable medium operably coupled thereto, to perform the scheduling operations which include receiving, from an administrative user, parameters for a plurality of queries for a gamified survey, determining the gamified survey for the plurality of queries, wherein each of the plurality of queries further comprises an agreement level with an answer to the query, distributing the gamified survey to a first user through the workforce management system, detecting a first survey response by the first user to the gamified survey, and generating, without input from the administrative user, a first scheduling rule associated with the first user based on the first survey response.

  • Patent number: 9787006
Abstract: A cable termination comprises, amongst other things, three insulated cable connection elements which project into a housing and have an internal conductor, and also three phase connection parts which are designed as hollow bodies and likewise project into the housing from a side which is situated opposite the cable connection elements and into each of which one of three cable end reinforcements can be inserted. The cable connection elements and the phase connection parts each form the corners of a triangle. These triangles are rotated in relation to one another in their respective plane, so that an offset is created. In order to bridge the offset, a connecting element is arranged between in each case one cable connection element and the associated phase connection part, the said connecting element being designed such that it can be partially or entirely removed in order to establish an isolating gap.
