Abstract: A pressure cooker lid includes a lid body, one or more lid clamps, a pressure valve, and a single control mechanism operable to sequentially control radial movement of the one or more lid clamps and control actuation of the pressure valve. Each of the one or more lid clamps includes a connection element and a clamp element. The pressure valve includes a valve stem. The control mechanism includes a rotary disc coupled to the connection elements and a knob mechanism operable to drive rotation of the rotary disc. Rotation of the rotary disc sequentially drives radial movement of the connection elements and axial movement of the valve stem to operate pressure valve.
