Abstract: A mattress structure for providing different degrees of relief or support to various body parts of a user or in accordance with different body lengths of the users. The mattress structure includes a principal axis and two or more relief units, distributed in different positions along the principal axis. At least one relief unit provides a degree of relief different from that of another relief unit, to define a relief layer that provides different degrees of relief corresponding to various parts of the body. The relief layer is dividable into two or more relief zones and these zones are divided according to the body parts of the user. The relief units in a relief zone are inter-changeable or re-arrangeable according to needs of the user for accommodating users of different body heights and different lengths of various body parts.

Abstract: A cover sheet for covering a mattress includes a body having a pair of opposite side edge portions; and an elongate receptacle located along each of the opposite side edge portions for holding a respective elongate positioning member. Each of the elongate receptacles includes an opening dimensioned for insertion of the elongate positioning member through the opening and into the receptacle. A cover sheet positioning system includes at least two elongate positioning members for use on opposite side edge portions of a cover sheet, and that are subjected to a downward force to maintain a cover sheet flat on a mattress protected by the cover sheet.

Abstract: A quilt has a quilt cover and a quilt body for use therein. The quilt cover has top and bottom panels, several peripheral openings between the top and bottom panels, and a pair of co-operable top and bottom snap fasteners at each opening on the top and bottom panels, respectively. The quilt body has peripheral parts adjacent the openings when the quilt body is used inside the quilt cover. Each peripheral part is engageable by the respective pair of snap fasteners to hold the quilt body in position relative to the quilt cover. Each peripheral part has a hole through the quilt body through which the respective snap fasteners fasten together, thereby holding the peripheral part.

Abstract: An adjuster (100) for use on a pillow, comprising a sheet-like flexible body (200) which is foldable up or down onto itself to provide different thicknesses and has, at or close to a lower edge, a central region (400). The region (400) has a zero or relatively much smaller thickness than that of the body (200) such that opposite sides of the region (400) provide a relatively larger thickness and hence firmer support than the region (400). The region (400) may preferably be a gap (400) formed between a pair of opposed flaps (300) protruding from the body (200).
