Abstract: A terminal for handling data in a live streaming platform, comprising one or a plurality of processors, wherein the one or plurality of processors execute a machine-readable instruction to perform: requesting event-related data from the live streaming platform; and determining cache strategy according to timing of the progress of the event. According to the above embodiments, the cache strategy may be determined dynamically before, during and after an event. The Server load may be reduced and the responsiveness of the user terminal may also be improved. The auto-switching cache strategy may also minimize potential user misunderstandings. Therefore, the user experience may be improved.

Abstract: A server for handling interaction in a live streaming platform, comprising one or a plurality of processors, wherein the one or plurality of processors execute a machine-readable instruction to perform: receiving a character data corresponding to a character; feeding the character data into a machine learning model to generate a virtual chatbot in a live streaming room; setting the virtual chatbot in the live streaming room; wherein the virtual chatbot is configured to provide assistance to a livestreamer or viewers in the live streaming room. According to the present disclosure, the AI chatbot with a character may increase the interaction and fun in the live streaming room. Moreover, the monitoring and handling of the atmosphere in the live streaming may also be partially or entirely entrusted to the AI chatbot. Therefore, the user experience may be improved.

Abstract: A terminal for handling data in a live streaming platform, including one or a plurality of processors, wherein the one or plurality of processors execute a machine- readable instruction to perform: transmitting a request on a portion of data; receiving a response of the request; setting a retry count in response to the response being failed and the portion of data being not the first portion; determining retry time according to the set retry count; and transmitting a next request on the portion of data after the retry time. According to the present disclosure, the requested data, such as the leaderboard data, may be displayed smoothly to the user terminal regardless of the network condition, rather than showing a blank screen. Therefore, the user experience may be improved.

Abstract: A method for managing an event in a live streaming platform, comprising: generating a summary of the event by machine learning models in response to a first operation from a user terminal of a user; wherein the summary is generated according to information of the events, the user and the other users related to the user. The present disclosure may lower the barrier of participating in the event and encourage the interaction between livestreamers and viewers. Moreover, it may motivate the livestreamer to understand and participate in the event. Therefore, the user experience may be enhanced and the quality of the live streaming service may be improved.

Abstract: An image processing and recording system and an image processing and recording method thereof are provided. An image processing and recording system includes a recording module, an access module, and an identification module. The recording module stores an image which includes N image blocks, and the N image blocks compose M image tiles. The identification module performs an image recognition procedure to identify a predetermined feature of the N image blocks picked up by the access module and generates N identification results. Each result includes an address of the tile in the image corresponding to the Kth image block, a corresponding address of the Kth image block in the image tile and whether the Kth image block has the predetermined feature. Thus, the access module can pick up the image blocks having the predetermine feature to perform a next image recognition procedure.
