  • Patent number: 7819586
Abstract: A fan with an anti-leakage device for an oily bearing includes a base, an axial barrel, a fan wheel and a bearing. The axial barrel extends from the base and provides a first end, a second end, a first oil storage groove at the second end. The fan wheel extends a spindle from the inner side thereof and provides a joining part surrounding an end of the spindle and being adjacent to the inner side of the first end. The bearing is received in the axial barrel and further includes an axial through bore, which provides two inverted cone shaped ends, and at least a second oil storage groove, which is provided at a wall surface of the axial through bore for being adjacent to the spindle closely. Thus, a closed circuit is formed for the lubrication oil flowing back to the bearing without leakage.

  • Patent number: 7442903
Abstract: A heat sink for the electronic device is disclosed. The heat sink comprises a hub, a plurality of first supporting elements and a frame. A fan is axially connected to the hub. The first supporting elements are positioned along the periphery of the hub and protrude outwards extending from the protruding ends to connect to the frame. The frame forms an outlet and connects to a heating element. Thus, the outlet and the fan have the side opposite to the fan set facing the heating element so that the distance between the fan and the heating element may be reduced. Thus, the loss of the air flow pressure may be minimized and the heat dissipation effect may be effectively promoted.

  • Publication number: 20080079101
Abstract: An insulation frame device for a stator in a motor includes a main member with a bore, extension plates and circular plates. The main member extends from a lateral side of the insulation frame. The extension plates extend radially from the circumferential outer surface of the main member. The outer circular plates are disposed at a free end of the respective extension plate and extend outward circumferentially and oppositely such that a U-shaped space is formed between the extension plates respectively. It is characterized in that the main member provides elastic hooks for engaging a circuit board and first protruding plates are disposed at another lateral side of the insulation frame for locating the silicone steel sheet set with a catching part at the bottom of the first protruding plate to prevent from deformation.
