  • Patent number: 7330355
Abstract: A fixed pillar with heat loss is a fixed pillar for losing heat. The fixed pillar with heat loss includes a metal body, a screw thread and a plurality of grooves. The metal body is a hollow body. The plurality of grooves is respectively set on two sides of the metal body and communicating with each other. The screw thread is set on one end of the metal body to fix a circuit or other electric devices. Air flows into one side of the metal body and then passes through the inner part of the metal body and last flow out from another side of the metal body. Accordingly, the metal body exchanges heat with the air to lose the thermal energy quickly.

  • Publication number: 20040145685
Abstract: An electronic device with a conversion module for a liquid crystal display. The electronic device includes a motherboard, a liquid crystal display, a fixing member, a cushion member, and a converter board. The motherboard includes a heat dissipation module. The converter board is coupled to the motherboard and the liquid crystal display respectively, and converts a first signal from the motherboard to a second signal suitable for use by the liquid crystal display. The fixing member connects the converter board and the heat dissipation module so that the converter board is fixed on the heat dissipation module. The cushion member is disposed between the converter board and the heat dissipation module.

  • Patent number: 6765645
Abstract: A de-pellicle tool for removing a pellicle from a reticle during the formation of circuit patterns on substrates in the fabrication of integrated circuits. The de-pellicle tool of the present invention comprises a support frame on which is mounted the reticle and the pellicle supported on the reticle. A pair of handle-actuated lift pins on opposite sides of the support frame are extended into respective pin openings in the pellicle frame, after which the handles are pushed downwardly to raise the lift pins and lift the pellicle frame from the reticle. Accordingly, no moving parts contact the reticle during the pellicle-removing procedure, preventing scratching or other damage to the reticle.
