Abstract: A recycling treatment system for tannery wastewater is fixed between a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) and filter press equipment, and the recycling treatment system contains: a first ultrafiltration unit, a second ultrafiltration unit, a cation exchange unit, an osmosis processing unit, a recycling tank, a RO concentration tank, and an evaporation unit. The first ultrafiltration unit includes a filtering tank, a plurality of ultrafiltration sets with plural first ultrafiltration bags and a fluid tube. The second ultrafiltration unit includes a concentration tank, at least one rotary ultrafiltration assembly, a backwash pipe, and a discharge pipe. The cation exchange unit includes a reaction sink and cationic resin. The osmosis processing unit includes plural first reverse osmosis sets and plural second reverse osmosis sets. The RO concentration tank is mounted beside the osmosis processing unit, and the evaporation unit is configured between the RO concentration tank and the recycling tank.

The cover is connected with the tank and includes a body and an outlet connector. The manual pumping unit is connected with the water inlet and includes a water supply groove, a first orifice, a second orifice, and a second hose communicating with the first orifice and connecting with a water supply source.

Abstract: A foreground extraction method for stereo videos applied in an image processing apparatus of a video decoder is provided. The method uses a left-eye view image, a right-eye view image, and multiple interview motion vectors thereof from a decoded multi-view video bitstream to calculate the parallax for the horizontal direction between the left-eye image and the right-eye image quickly, thereby reducing operations for extracting the foreground objects in the multi-view video bitstream.

Abstract: A deblocking filtering apparatus for video compression performs edge-filtering of the boundaries of macroblocks for a series of images. The apparatus buffers the partial data required by a first and a second filters by using a first and a second swap buffers, and implements the buffering function with register groups to increase the flexibility of data exchange. The first and the second filters perform vertical and horizontal deblocking filtering for the macroblocks of the series of images, respectively. An adaptive queue is used to receive the portion of output data from the first filter, temporarily store the data in internal buffers, and output data to be as the portion of input data of the second filter.

Abstract: A gravity-flow water purifier includes a treatment tank, a water yielding pipe, a filter unit, and a sliding sleeve unit. The treatment tank includes a tank wall, an insertion hole, a receiving chamber, and at least two slide rails provided on the inner surface of the tank wall. The sliding sleeve unit includes a reticulated frame in which the filter unit is disposed. In addition, at least two sliding blocks are provided on the outer periphery of the frame. The filter unit is installed in a bottom portion of the treatment tank so that a gravity flow through the filter unit is generated by the water level in the treatment tank. Cooperation between the sliding blocks and the slide rails allows the sliding sleeve unit and the filter unit to be easily installed in and removed from the treatment tank, thereby facilitating the cleaning and replacement of filter elements.
