Abstract: A base frame includes a base plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate. The base plate has a first edge and a second edge. The base plate includes a plurality of V-shaped reinforcing ribs. Each V-shaped reinforcing rib has a first end and a second end. The first and second ends are located at the first and second edges, respectively. The first side plate is connected to the first edge and has a plurality of first through holes. Each first through hole is locationally configured next to the first edge and faces to the corresponding first end. The second side plate is connected to the second edge and has a plurality of second through holes. Each second through hole is locationally configured next to the second edge and faces to the corresponding second end.

Abstract: An electronic system includes a first circuit board having a first connection interface, and a second circuit board having a second connection interface and a guide pin device. The guide pin device includes a convex connector and a concave connector. The convex connector includes a guide member and a connection portion. The connection portion connects the guide member to the first circuit board and has two first inclined surfaces formed on two opposite sides of the guide member. The concave connector is secured on the second circuit board and includes a guide sliding slot and two second inclined surfaces formed on two opposite sides of the guide sliding slot. When the guide member is aligned with and is inserted into the guide sliding slot, the two first inclined surfaces mat with the two second inclined surfaces, and the first connection interface is engaged with the second connection interface.

Abstract: A machine case for accommodating at least one electronic device is provided. The machine case includes a top plate and a bottom plate. The bottom plate has a smooth arc surface, the smooth arc surface has a vertex, and a distance between the vertex of the smooth arc surface and the top plate is less than a distance between any other part of the smooth arc surface and the top plate. The smooth arc surface protruding towards the top plate is formed on the bottom plate of the machine case in advance, so that when an electronic device is placed on the bottom plate, the smooth arc surface becomes flat. A processing method of a machine case is further provided. The smooth arc surface is formed according to the deformation of the bottom plate when an electronic device is placed on the bottom plate.

Abstract: A forming method for refinishing a preformed plate and a forming mold matching therewith are described. The forming method includes the following steps. First, a distribution condition of a preformed region of a plate is analyzed. Then, a forming mold with forming members selectively disposed is supplied to press the preformed region of the plate, such that the plate is formed into a refinished structure.
