Abstract: A computer-implemented method for managing product returns includes: receiving information of a set of returned products, and recording the returned product information into a storage of a computer; generating a returned product order based on the returned product information; determining if any returned products are reusable; determining to scrap the non-reusable products if the returned products are non-reusable; selecting the reusable products from the returned products if there are reusable products in the returned products; determining if there are any qualified products in the reusable products; warehousing the qualified products into a stock of a manufacturer if there are qualified products in the reusable products; generating a reproduction report for the unqualified products according to the returned product order, and storing the reproduction report into the storage of the computer.

Abstract: A system and method for classifying and defining relationships between product information data is provided. The method classifies the product information data to two different data types. Each data type includes a plurality of items. The items of each of the two types are arranged in a product information tree. The items of all the product information trees are associated to construct a new tree for showing the relationships of the product information data.

Abstract: A video monitoring method is provided. The method includes capturing video data via a video capturing device, and sending the video data to a video server, generating a first parameter for controlling the video data for storing in a designated network video recorder (NVR) and a second parameter for controlling the video data to display on a designated monitor. The method further includes storing the video data in a storage system that is connected with the video server, sending the video data to the designated NVR for storing according to the first parameter, reading the video data from the designated NVR and displaying one video picture based upon the video data on the designated monitor according to the second parameter.

Abstract: A system for managing materials of a warehouse includes a computer and a radio frequency identification (RFID) reader to allocate a warehouse location for a material to be imported. The RFID reader reads a serial number corresponding to the RFID tag of the imported material. The computer acquires information of the material according to the serial number and updates inventory of the warehouse.

The method comprising the steps of allowing the buyer to select a scoring category for the supplier; allowing the buyer to select a criterion of the scoring category for the supplier; instructing the buyer to input the supplier's performed data related to the selected criterion; calculating a point of the supplier under the selected criterion; obtaining a rating of the supplier under the selected criterion; storing in the database the calculated point and the obtained rating; determining whether the supplier has been rated for all scoring categories if the supplier has been rated for all the criteria of the scoring category; and creating the scorecard of the supplier based on points and ratings of all the criteria of all the scoring categories.
