  • Publication number: 20100134230
Abstract: The present invention provides a high leakage inductance transformer for solving the problem of insufficient leakage inductance in the conventional transformer. The transformer of the present invention includes a primary winding portion, two secondary winding portions mounted at two ends of the primary winding portion, and an iron core set having inner iron cores for penetrating the primary winding portion and the secondary winding portions and outer iron cores exposed out of the primary winding portion and the secondary winding portions and connected with the inner iron cores, so as to form a magnetic loop, wherein the primary winding portion has an intensifying winding portion for being penetrated by the outer iron cores, so as to increase the leakage inductance.

  • Patent number: 7372353
Abstract: An inverse phase converter includes a first bobbin, a plurality of second bobbins, a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The first magnetic core and the second magnetic cores are overlapped and coupled to form at least one closed magnetic path. The first bobbin has a wire gathering portion to allow a primary coil to be wound horizontally to increase the winding space thereof. The winding direction of the primary coil is normal to the winding direction of a secondary coil wound on the second bobbin. The temperature generated by the primary coil is lower, and the length of the magnetic cores may be shortened.

  • Patent number: 7196609
Abstract: A transformer winding structure includes a primary winding rack and at least two secondary winding racks connected with the primary winding rack. The primary winding rack is comprised of a primary winding pipe, and each secondary winding rack is comprised of a secondary winding pipe; wherein the secondary winding pipe is installed horizontally, and the primary winding pipe is installed vertically, so that the thickness of the primary coil winding around the primary winding pipe along the horizontal direction is increased so as to reduce the thickness and volume of the transformer.

  • Publication number: 20060164197
Abstract: The present invention discloses an improved transformer winding structure that includes a primary winding rack and at least two secondary winding racks connected with the primary winding rack.

  • Publication number: 20050278940
Abstract: A method for winding transformers is adopted for use on Sub-miniature Tube Transformers. The transformer includes a winding shaft which has a winding zone. At least one layer of primary coil is wound on the winding zone, and a first insulation layer is covered on the wound primary coil. Then a plurality of layers of secondary coils are continuously wound on the first insulation layer. Each layer of the secondary coils is covered by a second insulation layer such that the second insulation layer is applied to the secondary coil without the wire of the secondary coil being cut. Thus short circuit resulting from peeling off of the lacquer on the copper wires during winding the secondary coils can be avoided, and electric output characteristics of the transformer are improved, and the reliability and quality of the transformer are enhanced.
