  • Publication number: 20160008673
Abstract: A manufacturing method for baseball and softball includes the steps of: providing a ball core, a first ball shell, and a second ball shell, and each of the first and second ball shells being substantially in an 8-shape and having a surface and an attaching surface; sewing stitches at the periphery of the first ball shell and the periphery of the second ball shell to form a first sewing portion and a second sewing portion respectively; coating an adhesive at the ball core and coating the adhesive on the attaching surfaces of the first ball shell and the second ball shell; heating the adhesive; and positioning and attaching the first ball shell and the second ball shell on a surface of the ball core, such that the stitches of the first sewing portion and the stitches of the second sewing portion are arranged symmetrically.

  • Publication number: 20110247181
Abstract: A fastener for coupling a first object and a second object comprises a base, a bending portion and a through hole. The base includes a hole and binds with the first object by a fixing component passing through the hole. One end of the bending portion is extended from the base in a curved U shape. The bending portion has a plurality of ribs, and one end of the bending portion warps away from the base. The through hole is formed between the base and the bending portion. The second object is disposed in the through hole by bending the bending portion away from the base to expand the bending portion outward. The bending portion clamps the second object when the bending portion is released to its original state. Therefore, the fastener can bind and separate the helmet and the mask without any assistance of a tool.

  • Patent number: 7445826
Abstract: A polyester container having an enhanced level of crystallinity in the sidewall while maintaining a low level of crystallinity in a thickened base portion. The container is particularly useful as a refillable container which can withstand higher caustic wash temperatures and exhibits reduced flavor carryover, or as a hot-fill container. The container, which can be monolayer or multilayer, is also useful as a carbonated beverage, O2 or CO2 barrier, or beer container.

  • Publication number: 20080116461
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device, includes the following steps: providing a substrate with an insulated surface; forming an amorphous silicon layer on the insulated surface; imposing a catalytic metal element on the amorphous silicon layer; heating and catalyzing the amorphous silicon layer to form a poly-silicon layer; forming a diffusion layer and a gettering material layer on the poly-silicon layer in order; proceeding an annealing process on the gettering material layer and the poly-silicon layer to move the residual metal catalyst element from the poly-silicon layer toward the gettering material layer due to the concentration gradient; and removing the diffusion layer and the gettering material layer.

  • Publication number: 20070266471
Abstract: A sport face mask is primarily a hollow face mask with a curved surface, made by extrusion wire-shape tubing along a length and width of the face mask, which can be worn on a user's face in association with a helmet or an elliptic pad. At least a part of the wire-shape tubing in the face mask is provided with a cross section in an elliptic or flat shape, and a long side of its cross section is perpendicular to the curved surface formed upon extrusion and assembling into the face mask. According to the aforementioned structure, in using the present invention, compressive and collision strengths of the face mask can be increased, a block to line of sight can be reduced, and a weight of the face mask product can be decreased.

  • Publication number: 20020150703
Abstract: A method of making a polyester container having an enhanced level of crystallinity in the sidewall while maintaining a low level of crystallinity in a thickened base portion. The container is particularly useful as a refillable container which can withstand higher caustic wash temperatures and exhibits reduced flavor carryover, or as a hot-fill container. According to the method, a sidewall-forming section of a preform is initially expanded, heated to contract and crystallize the same, and than reexpanded; a base-forming portion of the preform is shielded from the heat treatment and is expanded either before or after the heat treatment step.
