Abstract: Dynamic controlling method for field authority and system thereof. An authority manager defines meta information of data schema. The meta information includes the authority rating of each operation function in each field. A table manager is used to set a user's authority rating according to personal authority. When loading the view of a process instance, a view runner compares authority rating of each operation function in each field with the user's authority rating and then according to preset rules and with the comparison result, loads the field into the view and produces corresponding field operation function.

Abstract: A cleaning and filtering apparatus and method for a tank such as an aquarium. The major components are an inlet water controller, a suction unit, and a filter container unit. The filter container is selectively connected to the suction unit and a waste outlet to clean the tank and discharge waste water from the tank. The inlet water controller comprises a float connected to a valve to automatically replace the discharged water when the water level in the tank drops.

Abstract: A digital compass has a digital screen that shows the distance between compass legs, one half the angle between the compass legs, and a ratio between half of an inductive rod raising value to a length of the compass leg from a compass leg mounting point to a carrier arm mounting point. The information on the digital screen is sufficient for operation of the compass, such as dividing a circle into equal arcs.

Abstract: A semi-synthetic two-stroke engine oil formulation which comprises a base oil consisting of a high-viscosity mineral oil, a medium-viscosity mineral oil, a solvent and a mixture of three polyisobutylenes with different molecular weights, and appropriate detergents and dispersants. This semi-synthetic two-stroke engine has both high lubricity and high detergency, and also meets the requirements of low smoke and low exhaust system blocking.

Abstract: A two-stage brake device of a tape measure, comprising a locking brake mechanism and a pull brake mechanism, wherein the locking brake mechanism includes a pivotable driving button for urging a brake plate to brake the tape and the pull brake mechanism includes an elastic pressing button having an integrally formed pressing plate, whereby when the pressing button is free from any pressing force, the pressing plate is elastically urged to press against the tape and substantially fix the tape at a desired extending length. While when the pressing button is pressed, the pressing plate is released and disengaged from the tape, permitting the tape to elastically retract into a housing of the tape measure.
