    Abstract: A federated learning method includes: providing importance parameters and performance parameters by client devices respectively to a central device, performing a training procedure by the central device, wherein the training procedure includes: selecting target devices from the client devices according to a priority order associated with the importance parameters, dividing the target devices into training groups according to a similarity of the performance parameters, notifying the target devices to perform iterations according to the training groups respectively to generate trained models, transmitting the trained models to the central device, and updating a global model based on the trained models, performing the training procedure again or outputting the global model to the client devices based on a convergence value of the global model and the number of times of performing the training procedure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch device, and more particularly to a pattern of a capacitive touch device and a manufacturing method thereof. The pattern of the capacitive touch device comprises of a substrate, two adjacent first axial electrodes, a first axial conductive wire, and a pair of metal jumpers. The first axial conductive wire is disposed between the two adjacent first axial electrodes for connecting the two adjacent first axial electrodes. The pair of metallic metal jumpers is disposed on the connecting points of the two first axial electrodes and the first axial conductive wire. Accordingly, resistance caused by the connecting points of the two adjacent first axial electrodes and the first axial conductive wire can be reduced such that response speed of the pattern of the capacitive touch control device is increased.

The frame has an image portion and a blank portion. The image detecting device includes a characterizing unit and a searcher. The characterizing unit receives the pixels and determines pixel characterization values thereof. The searcher includes an image comparator and a blank comparator. The image comparator and the blank comparator evaluate the pixel characterization value of a current pixel to determine whether the current pixel belongs to the image portion or the blank portion. The searcher derives a position of the image portion based on determined results of the image comparator and the blank comparator. An image detecting method is also disclosed.
