  • Patent number: 11941610
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cryptocurrency securing system and a cryptocurrency securing method thereof. The system receives a cryptocurrency transaction information from a user device, and determines whether a policy data corresponding to the cryptocurrency transaction information is legal. When the policy data corresponding to the cryptocurrency transaction information is legal, the system derives a cryptocurrency private key information via a personal identification number of the user device. The system then encrypts the cryptocurrency transaction information via the cryptocurrency private key information for deriving an encrypted cryptocurrency transaction information, and broadcasts the encrypted cryptocurrency transaction information to a blockchain network.

  • Patent number: 11841970
Abstract: A system for preventing information leakage due to access by an application to a file is provided. The system for preventing information leakage includes an application identification module configured to obtain data associated with the application. The system for preventing information leakage also includes an association table containing file-type data and trusted-application data. In addition, the system also includes an access control module to determine the application identifier and the association table. The system for preventing information leakage is configured to determine whether to deny content access by the application to content of the file as saved in the file.

  • Patent number: 8510838
Abstract: Applications running in an API-proxy-based emulator are prevented from infecting a PC's hard disk when executing file I/O commands. Such commands are redirected to an I/O redirection engine instead of going directly to the PC's normal operating system where it can potentially harm files in on the hard disk. The redirection engine executes the file I/O command using a private storage area in the hard disk that is not accessible by the PC's normal operating system. If a file that is the subject of a file I/O command from an emulated application is not in the private storage area, a copy is made from the original that is presumed to exist in the public storage area. This copy is then acted on by the command and is stored in the private storage area, which can be described as a controlled, quarantined storage space on the hard disk. In this manner the PC's (or any computing device's) hard disk is defended from potential malware that may originate from applications running in emulated environments.

  • Patent number: 8484734
Abstract: In one embodiment, an antivirus uses a secure call path that includes an antivirus system call table containing a reference to an operating system kernel routine. The call path may also include an antivirus device driver that has access to the antivirus system call table. The antivirus may send a service request to the operating system kernel routine by way of the call path to perform file manipulations for virus scanning, for example. Advantageously, the call path gets around possible rootkit infestations.

  • Patent number: 8443449
Abstract: Upon detection of a suspicious file, a client computer sends feedback data to an anti-malware service over the Internet. Files that are not suspicious or that are known clean are not reported; files that are known malware are acted upon immediately without needing to report them to the anti-malware service. Upon detection, no alert or warning is provided to the user of the client computer. The anti-malware service correlates data from other detection engines on the client computer or from other client computers and determines whether the file is malware or not. A new virus pattern is generated if the file is malware and includes the virus signature of the file; the new virus pattern is distributed back to the client computers. If not malware, no action need be taken, or, the virus signature of the file is removed from existing pattern files.
