  • Patent number: 6776040
Abstract: The present invention is a self-leveling hydrometer. A balance hanger is on top of a handle, which connects to a swinging support part. An imbalanced load is in the center of the floating measurement indicator and the imbalanced load can rotate freely in the round hole on the center of the floating measurement indicator. The imbalanced load has a protrudent round plate on edge that exposes on the round hole of the floating measurement indicator. A moveable hook, the support part and the imbalanced load can position the present invention in an absolute horizontal position for accurate liquid specific gravity readout. The present invention can also achieve easier and more accurate initial calibration process during manufacturing.

  • Publication number: 20040046127
Abstract: A turbine-boosted ultraviolet-radiation sterilizing fluid processor includes a quartz sleeve installed inside a tube unit, an ultraviolet-radiation lamp, a fluid inlet tube and a fluid outlet tube arranged at the upper and lower end of the tube-unit being respectively. A diversion mechanism is disposed under the fluid inlet tube. The diversion mechanism is composed of a plurality of diversion channels arranged in a ring unit. The total area of the fluid outlet hole of the diversion channel is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the passage of said tube unit so as to form a fluid-pressurizing chamber on top of the tube unit. Thus a whirlpool spinning at a high speed is created so that the fluid is blended properly. The fluid spinning at high speed also flushes the wall of the quartz sleeve thus increases the sterilizing effects and reduces the frequency for maintenance.

Abstract: A turbine-boosted ultraviolet-radiation sterilizing fluid processor, comprising a quartz sleeve installed inside a tube unit, inside the quartz sleeve being installed an ultraviolet-radiation lamp, at the upper and lower end of the tube unit being respectively a fluid inlet tube and a fluid outlet tube; the invention is characterized in that: at the top of the tube unit and at the lower part of the fluid inlet tube is installed a diversion mechanism to form a fluid pressurizing chamber. When the fluid flows through the fluid inlet tube, into the diversion mechanism for pressurizing, a whirlpool spinning at a high speed is created so that the fluid with sterilizing function is blended properly. The fluid spinning at high speed also flushes the wall of the quartz sleeve thus increases the sterilizing effects and reduces the frequency for maintenance.

  • Patent number: 6354454
Abstract: A bottle cap with improved structure includes a special cap that covers the container and prevents the liquid inside from spills. A hollow arch is mounted on the top of the cap with a hole (i.e., mouth of the container) and a rectangle slot cut out of the top thereof. An arched sliding board is arranged just below the rectangle slot. The sliding board shifts along the two side of the rectangle slot to determine the size of the hole opened.

  • Publication number: 20010007310
Abstract: The present invention relates to a flow deflector device for liquid treatment, more particularly, a tubular flow deflector device that includes a tubular shell and a through hole of certain diameter penetrating along the central axis line thereof. At least one spiral groove is provided along the inner wall of the tubular shell around the through hole. Thus the liquid flowing through the device can be sufficiently mixed for better effect of liquid treatment such as ultraviolet sanitation, water treatment, or temperature adjustment.

  • Patent number: 6167683
Abstract: A packaging device for continuously forming and filling a package having a plurality of separate sealed cavities comprises a plastic film winding barrel, a vacuum cavity forming device, a filling means, an aluminum foil winding barrel, a pressing sealing means, and a cutting machine. The vacuum cavity forming device causes the plastic film to be formed with a plurality of cavities. The filling means pumps liquid material into each of the cavities holes. Aluminum foil is adhered to the strip plastic casing by a pressing sealing means. Finally, the cutting machine serves to the cut the strip casing to complete a packaging process.

  • Patent number: 5631420
Abstract: A hydrometer includes a liquid container defining a measuring chamber. A pointer is pivotally mounted inside the measuring chamber and adapted for indicating the specific gravity of a liquid sample contained in the measuring chamber. The liquid container is mounted with a concealed liquid sample intake pipe adapted for picking up the liquid sample to be measured and delivering the liquid sample to the measuring chamber. The concealed liquid sample intake pipe has a bottom open end extending out of the lowest side of the liquid container and a top open end suspending in the measuring chamber above the upper limit liquid level.
