  • Publication number: 20120262032
Abstract: A shielding structure disposed between a rotary motor and a resolver for resolving angular position thereof. The shielding structure includes a first shielding body made of a material with a permeability more than 4000. The first shielding body is sandwiched between the resolver and the rotary motor for shielding the resolver from the rotary motor. The first shielding body provides a path of low magnetic resistance to change the direction of magnetic flux and lower the electromagnetic interference of the magnetic field with the operation of the resolver. Accordingly, the resolver can more stably output resolution signals at higher precision.

  • Publication number: 20120229125
Abstract: An iron core member of a resolver, which is a one-piece member integrally formed of iron powder. The iron core member includes an annular core section and multiple pole sections annularly arranged on outer circumference of the core section at equal intervals and projecting from the outer circumference of the core section. Each pole section has recessed sections. Enameled wires can be conveniently wound around the recessed sections to form coils located in the recessed sections. The pole section further has multiple projection posts. After the winding process is completed, the terminals of the enameled wires are hooked and located on the projection posts. In comparison with the conventional iron core member, the present iron core member has lower iron loss and the manufacturing process is simplified.

  • Publication number: 20120229242
Abstract: A jacket member for fitting on a pole of a resolver stator. Enameled wires can be wound around the jacket member to indirectly form coils on the pole of the resolver stator. The jacket member includes a hoop body for fitting on the pole of the resolver stator, whereby the enameled wires can be wound around the hoop body to form the coils. The jacket member further includes multiple projections disposed on the hoop body and projecting therefrom. After the enameled wires are wound around the hoop body, the terminals of the enameled wires can be hooked and located on the projections.

  • Publication number: 20110187356
Abstract: A resolver unit including a first resolver and a second resolver. The first resolver includes a first rotor. A certain number of first rotor magnetic poles are annularly disposed on the first rotor at equal intervals. The second resolver includes a second rotor coaxial with the first rotor. A certain number of second rotor magnetic poles are annularly disposed on the second rotor at equal intervals. The number of the second rotor magnetic poles is different from the number of the first rotor magnetic poles.

  • Patent number: 7989993
Abstract: A magnet yoke of a linear motor includes a plurality of recesses set in equidistance in a side surface of the magnet yoke and defining a plurality of peaks and valleys arranged alternately and a plurality of permanent magnets aligned abreast in equidistance in an opposite side surface of the magnet yoke so that an interval is defined between two adjacent permanent magnets and has a center aligned with a center of a corresponding peak and valley. Two adjacent permanent magnets form a magnet unit for generating a magnetic flux distribution. An empty section formed in each of the valleys is twice as wide as an interval between two adjacent permanent magnets, and is located in a middle of the two permanent magnets so as to make a moderate magnetic flux distribution.

  • Publication number: 20110101810
Abstract: A serial connection structure of a direct-drive motor, including a central shaft, a housing, at least two rotors and stators of the same number as the rotors. The central shaft has a predetermined length. The housing has an internal space and is coaxially fitted around the central shaft. The rotors are received in the housing and coaxially rotatably fitted on the central shaft at predetermined intervals. The stators are received in the housing and coaxially fitted around the central shaft corresponding to the rotors respectively. The stators are spaced from the rotors by a predetermined distance. The serial connection structure is applicable to a generator or a wind power generator system without extra connecting with any transmission gear system. Therefore, the number of components is decreased, the maintenance cost is lowered and the service is simplified.
