  • Publication number: 20240113119
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method for the formation of gate-all-around nano-sheet FETs with tunable performance. The method includes disposing a first and a second vertical structure with different widths over a substrate, where the first and the second vertical structures have a top portion comprising a multilayer nano-sheet stack with alternating first and second nano-sheet layers. The method also includes disposing a sacrificial gate structure over the top portion of the first and second vertical structures; depositing an isolation layer over the first and second vertical structures so that the isolation layer surrounds a sidewall of the sacrificial gate structure; etching the sacrificial gate structure to expose each multilayer nano-sheet stack from the first and second vertical structures; removing the second nano-sheet layers from each exposed multilayer nano-sheet stack to form suspended first nano-sheet layers; forming a metal gate structure to surround the suspended first nano-sheet layers.

  • Patent number: 11944412
Abstract: A blood pressure detection device manufactured by a semiconductor process includes a substrate, a microelectromechanical element, a gas-pressure-sensing element, a driving-chip element, an encapsulation layer and a valve layer. The substrate includes inlet apertures. The microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element are stacked and integrally formed on the substrate. The encapsulation layer is encapsulated and positioned on the substrate. A flowing-channel space is formed above the microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element. The encapsulation layer includes an outlet aperture in communication with an airbag. The driving-chip element controls the microelectromechanical element, the gas-pressure-sensing element and valve units to transport gas.

  • Publication number: 20240093364
Abstract: A defect-reducing coating method is disclosed, which is characterized by making the coating surface of a sample face the bottom of the coating chamber, so that the sticking particles on side walls of the coating chamber will not fall on the coating surface of the sample during the coating process, thereby a smooth coating layer can be formed on the coating surface of the sample after the coating process is finished.

  • Publication number: 20230083981
Abstract: A detachable antenna and an electronic device are provided. The detachable antenna includes a connector, an antenna module, and a light-emitting module. The light-emitting module includes a light-emitting unit and a bias circuit. The bias circuit includes an input end, a first output end, and a second output end. The input end of the bias circuit receives a mixed signal from the connector. The mixed signal includes a communication signal and a drive signal. The first output end of the bias circuit outputs the communication signal to the antenna module. The second output end of the bias circuit outputs the drive signal to the light-emitting unit. The detachable antenna of the disclosure is integrated with the light-emitting module and receives the mixed signal from a single input end to implement communication and light emitting functions simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20230058754
Abstract: A wound-size measuring method for use in a portable electronic device is provided. The method includes the following steps: obtaining an input image via a camera device of the portable electronic device; using a CNN (convolutional neural network) model to recognize the input image, and selecting a part of the input image with the highest probability of containing a wound as an output wound image; and calculating an actual height and an actual width of the output wound image according to a lens-focal-length parameter reported by an operating system running on the portable electronic device, a plurality of reference calibration parameters corresponding to a pitch angle of the portable electronic device, and a pixel-height ratio and a pixel-width ratio of the output wound image.

  • Publication number: 20090037468
Abstract: A method for examining and representing a timing markup and a recording medium for recording a data structure thereof are provided. In the examining method, a timing markup including at least one tag is parsed first. Then, a graphic timing markup corresponding to the timing markup is generated according to the property of each tag and the relationship between the tags in the timing markup. The graphic timing markup includes a plurality of nodes corresponding to the tags in the timing markup. Finally, the graphic timing markup is used for executing the examination procedure of the timing markup. As a result, through the help of the graphic timing markup, the efficiency of examining the timing markup is improved, and the convenience of understanding and modifying the timing markup is also increased.
