    Abstract: A wireless communication device includes an electronic assembly and a rear cover fastened on the electronic assembly. A groove is recessed from an outer edge of a surrounding side plate of the rear cover. An antenna structure of the rear structure includes a dual-frequency antenna at least partially arranged on the surrounding side plate and arranged adjacent to the groove, a low-frequency selector and a high-frequency selector both connected to the dual-frequency antenna, and a switch connected between the high-frequency selector and the dual-frequency antenna. Each of the low-frequency selector and the high-frequency selector is configured to change a center frequency of the dual-frequency antenna by impedance matching. When the dual-frequency antenna is in a low-frequency mode, the switch is configured to open the connection between the high-frequency selector and the dual-frequency antenna for obstructing a parasitic capacitance effect generated from the high-frequency selector.

    Abstract: A MIMO antenna device includes an antenna array, a grounding member, and several supporting pillars hanging the antenna array over the grounding member. The antenna array defining a first and a second longitudinal direction perpendicular to each other includes a square buffering sheet arranged at a center thereof, four square low-frequency antennas respectively arranged at four corners thereof, two square high-frequency antennas arranged at two opposite sides of the buffering sheet in the first longitudinal direction, and a first and a second feeding segment respectively connecting the two diagonal low-frequency antennas to the adjacent two high-frequency antennas. The antenna array can be provided to approximately construct into an inverted S-shaped circuit. Each side of the buffering sheet is different from an edge of each high-frequency antenna, and the edge of each high-frequency antenna is shorter than a side of each low-frequency antenna.

    Abstract: A rear cover of a mobile communication device includes a metal case, a communication antenna, and an insulating body connecting the metal case and the communication antenna. The metal case has a rear plate and a surrounding plate connected to the edge of the rear plate, and the surrounding plate has two side plates, a top plate, and a bottom plate. A notch is recessed on the edge of the bottom plate. The communication antenna is arranged in the notch, and part of the edge of the communication antenna faces toward the edge of the notch. A slot is recessed on the part of the edge of the communication antenna. The insulating body connects the part of the edge of the communication antenna and the edge of the notch, such that the communication antenna is electrically isolated from the metal case by the insulating body.

The antenna module has an internal segment and an external segment connected to the internal segment. The internal segment is arranged in a space surrounded by the metal cover and the assembly and is entirely shielded by the metal cover in a thickness direction. The external segment is disposed on a short side surface of the assembly and is arranged outside the space. The external segment does not contact the metal cover. Thus, the metal cover of the mobile communication device of the instant disclosure can be provided without extra design.

    Abstract: A communication device includes a assembly and an antenna structure formed on the assembly. The antenna structure has a feeding antenna and a stub antenna spaced apart from the feeding antenna. The feeding antenna has a feeding portion. The stub antenna is suitable for being excited and coupled by the feeding antenna, resonating at a resonance frequency of the feeding antenna, and causing the antenna structure to form two hotspots in an operated frequency band. The shortest distance between the feeding antenna and the stub antenna is defined as a coupling distance. The coupling distance is larger than zero and smaller than or equal to the length of the stub antenna. Thus, electric field value generated from the feeding antenna can be reduced by the stub antenna being excited and coupled by the feeding antenna and resonating at the resonance frequency of the feeding antenna.
