  • Publication number: 20110017244
Abstract: A dry cleaning and surface treatment equipment used for a biochip or a medical tools includes a sealable chamber provided for putting a biochip, an ozone generator for supplying ozone to the sealable chamber, and a fluid transmission device filled with a chemical reactant. The sealable chamber includes a heater, a gas outlet, and a gas inlet interconnected with the ozone generator. The fluid transmission device is disposed outside the sealable chamber and includes a trace transmission pipe extended to the fluid transmission device. The sealable chamber further includes an evaporation container, and the trace transmission pipe of the fluid transmission device is extended to a corresponding position of the evaporation container for injecting the chemical reactant into the evaporation container.

  • Patent number: 6400583
Abstract: A high efficiency flyback converter with synchronous rectifying, uses an equivalent-conducting resistor of a synchronous switch coupled with the synchronous rectifier to detect the secondary current of a transformer. Included is a logic circuit to control the duty cycle of the synchronous switch to avoid the vibration of the driving pulse. There is no inductance element, such as a current sensor, in the main power circuit loop, so that the power efficiency will be increased. The driving pulse signal drives the synchronous switch to turn on simultaneously with an output diode to reduce the component stress of the output diode, and to reduce the switching loss to promote the efficiency of the flyback converter power supply.

  • Patent number: 6353544
Abstract: The present invention is related to a flyback converter with synchronous rectifier, and to use the current sensor coupled with the synchronous rectifier to detect the secondary current of the transformer. Using the secondary current, this invention could control the pulse width of the output signal from the synchronous rectifier to make the diode turn on in the same time with the synchronous switch. This invention could improve the power efficiency of the power supply and avoid the secondary current flows back, and simplify the circuit design to make the production much easier to cost down.

  • Patent number: 6147881
Abstract: A resonant switching power supply has a zero voltage and zero current switch feature which can be operated in a half-bridge or a full-bridge scheme. This enables power consumption to be reduced and electromagnetic radiation to be minimized, and provides for low cost and convenient manufacture, in mass production. The power supply is not influenced by parasitic capacitance and leak inductance. The resonant switching power supply is disclosed in several different embodiments.

  • Patent number: 5949231
Abstract: The alternating current sensor has a transformer-like iron core structure, the circuit in which the current to be measured is connected to the primary winding (current input winding), the secondary winding includes two independent units, namely output current winding and exit measuring winding. The conductor for the output current winding is of high stability with low temperature coefficient of resistance. Nearly the entire induced current in the secondary side flows in the output current winding, finally the induced voltage in the measuring winding is detected by the voltage meter. By this scheme those disadvantages of the conventional alternating current sensor such as high temperature rise, resistance variation caused by increased temperature coefficient of the conductor and the load resistance effect are minimized to achieve the aim of high accuracy alternating current measurement.
