The method may also include receiving one or more messages from the first battery pack. The one or more messages may include indications of a voltage and a current associated with the first battery pack. The method may additionally include determining a charging voltage and a charging current for the first battery pack based at least in part on the voltage and the current associated with the first battery pack. The method may further include causing a battery charging circuit to charge the first battery pack by applying the charging voltage and the charging current to the first battery pack.
