During conducting the method, the distance sensors detect an approaching object, and the multi-dimensional sensors collect multi-dimensional parameters of the approaching object, such that the processor is able to judge an object action of the approaching object based on the multi-dimensional parameters. As a result, in case of the object action is determined to correspond with one of reference object actions, the automobile is controlled by the processor so as to conduct a specific action, for example, unlocking a door lock, opening a car door, adjusting an illumination of at least one car headlight, and starting automobile engine.

    Abstract: A superficial foreign bodies detecting system for ultrasonic sensor is disclosed. The system comprises a micro controller which comprises a main controlling unit, a driving signal generating unit, a signal receiving unit, and a residual vibration detecting unit. The driving signal generating unit is controlled by the main controlling unit so as to transmit a first sensor driving signal to the ultrasonic sensor, thereby making the sensing head to output an ultrasonic wave. In case of the transmission of the first sensor driving signal is stopped, the residual vibration detecting unit is enabled to apply a residual vibration measuring process to the ultrasonic sensor. Consequently, according to a residual vibration signal received from the residual vibration detecting unit, the main controlling unit is able to judge whether there is at least one foreign body attached on the surface of the sensing head.

Therefore, the microparticle detecting apparatus is suitably used for detecting or counting any microparticles with different size, to effectively shorten the detection processes of sample fluids.

The miniature sieve apparatus is provided to separate or screen microparticles with different sizes, such as target cells, bio-medical particles, organic or inorganic microparticles. Additionally, the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the miniature sieve apparatus, and the same material is applied to manufacture the sieves and the separators. Thus, the problem caused by the residual thermal stress due to different material can be solved. Therefore, the cost of the miniature sieve apparatus can be lowered as the yield rate thereof is improved.
