  • Patent number: 11955379
Abstract: A metal adhesion layer may be formed on a bottom and a sidewall of a trench prior to formation of a metal plug in the trench. A plasma may be used to modify the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to increase adhesion between the metal adhesion layer and the metal plug. In particular, the plasma may cause a shift or transformation of the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to cause the metal adhesion layer to be composed of a (111) dominant phase. The (111) dominant phase of the metal adhesion layer increases adhesion between the metal adhesion layer.

  • Patent number: 11940737
Abstract: A method includes receiving a device design layout and a scribe line design layout surrounding the device design layout. The device design layout and the scribe line design layout are rotated in different directions. An optical proximity correction (OPC) process is performed on the rotated device design layout and the rotated scribe line design layout. A reticle includes the device design layout and the scribe line design layout is formed after performing the OPC process.

  • Publication number: 20140261429
Abstract: An oxygen-supplying respirator requiring no electric power is provided. The oxygen-supplying respirator, which is driven not by electricity but by the oxygen supply pressure at an external oxygen supply end, includes an oxygen supply valve unit in communication with the oxygen supply end so as to turn on and off oxygen output therefrom. An inhalation/exhalation time setting valve unit is in communication between the oxygen supply valve unit and the oxygen supply end, receives the oxygen continuously supplied from the oxygen supply end, and outputs oxygen to the oxygen supply valve unit intermittently. Thus, the oxygen supply valve unit is driven to turn on the oxygen supply end intermittently and thereby enable intermittent oxygen output. The respirator can supply oxygen to a patient where there is no electricity.

  • Publication number: 20100283602
Abstract: Disclosed are a system and a method for monitoring a relative position of a moving object. The system essentially includes at least one positioning and transmitting device and a signal receiving and processing device, each equipped with a radio frequency identification (RFID) signal transceiver. The RFID signal transceiver of the signal receiving and processing device receives radio signals transmitted by the RFID signal transceiver of each of the positioning and transmitting devices, thus enabling the signal receiving and processing device to track one or more moving objects each carrying one such positioning and transmitting device and determine the position or positions of the one or more moving objects relative to the signal receiving and processing device.

  • Publication number: 20100054300
Abstract: A temperature-sensing undergarment is provided. The temperature-sensing undergarment primarily includes a garment body, at least one temperature-sensing device and a processing device. The garment body is provided with a receiving pocket, from which at least one conductor is extended to two armpit portions of the garment body. When the garment body is worn on a human body, the temperature-sensing devices disposed at the two armpit portions of the garment body will sense the body temperature and transmit a temperature-sensing signal to the processing device via the conductor. Thus, variation of the body temperature can be detected continuously.

  • Publication number: 20100052914
Abstract: A portable body temperature continuous monitoring system includes a wearable thermal detecting device, a recording device, a displaying device and an alarming device. The recording device records and stores a human body temperature detected by the wearable thermal detecting device, and then transmits a temperature signal to the displaying device and the alarming device through a wireless method. Thereby, remote and continuous monitoring of a patient's body temperature through the displaying device is possible. Besides, since the system is capable of communicating outward through the alarming device, the patient's abnormal body temperature can be reported to others so that proper treatment can be conducted timely.
