An optical proximity correction (OPC) process is performed on the rotated device design layout and the rotated scribe line design layout. A reticle includes the device design layout and the scribe line design layout is formed after performing the OPC process.

The main body is provided on a side thereof with a heel portion and on another side thereof with a toe portion. The front surface of the main body has an opening and a groove located at the opening. The groove is relatively narrower in width at the top portion and the bottom portion and relatively wider in width at the heel portion and the toe portion. The faceplate has a back surface provided with a protruding rib. The faceplate is disposed at the opening of the main body and the protruding rib is fitly inserted in the groove of the main body.
