    Abstract: A method includes following steps. A washer and a nut are removed from a threaded rod of an expansion bolt that is secured to a drilled hole. After removing the washer and the nut, foot of a semiconductor processing apparatus is removed from the threaded rod. The washer and the nut are placed back to the threaded rod of the expansion bolt. A lifting fork of a bolt lifter is moved such that fingers of the lifting fork are located directly below the washer. The lifting fork is lifted, by using a hydraulic cylinder, to extract the washer, the nut, and the threaded rod of the expansion bolt away from the drilled hole.

The circuit board structure includes a core substrate, two inner substrates, at least one groove structure, at least one thru-hole, and a plating layer. The core substrate includes two side surfaces opposite two each other. The two inner substrates are laminated on the two side surfaces of the core substrate. The at least one groove structure is formed between the core substrate and one of the inner substrates. The at least one groove structure includes two lateral grooves facing toward each other. The at least one thru-hole penetrates through the two inner substrates and the core substrate. The two lateral grooves of the at least one groove structure are arranged at two sides of the at least one thru-hole. The plating layer is formed on an inner side wall of the thru-hole. The plating layer has a plurality of plating gaps.

    Abstract: A method for producing a circuit board structure includes an ink layer forming process implemented by forming an ink layer on a side surface of a core substrate; a laminating process implemented by laminating two inner substrates onto the two side surfaces of the core substrate; a thru-hole forming process implemented by forming a thru-hole that penetrates through the two inner substrates, the ink layer, and the core substrate; an activating process implemented by forming an activation layer covering an inner side wall of the thru-hole and the ink layer; an ink removing process implemented by removing the ink layer and portions of the activation layer covering the ink layer in the thru-hole; and a plating process implemented by performing a plating operation to replace the activation layer that remains on the inner side wall of the thru-hole with a plating layer to form a circuit board structure.

    Abstract: A machine tool is provided with a bit-changing apparatus including a cam, a rocker, a roller, a linkage, a pulling element, a disc and clips. The cam is attached to the machine tool. The roller is attached to the rocker and movable against the cam. The linkage includes two connecting rods each formed with an end pivotally connected to the machine tool and another end pivotally connected to the rocker. The pulling element is provided between the rocker and the machine tool so that the roller is kept against the cam. The disc is rotationally supported on the rocker. Each of the clips is attached to the disc and used to clip a holder for holding a bit so that a selected bit can be engaged with a bit-driving unit of the machine tool.
