Abstract: A screw rod forming machine includes a base unit, a straight moving unit, a lateral moving unit, a spindle unit, a platform, a clip unit, a lifting/lowering unit, a second processing unit, and a front/back moving unit. The second processing unit includes a power unit and a second processing knife tool moving in an up/down direction by the lifting/lowering unit. The front/back moving unit is disposed between the straight moving unit and the lifting/lowering unit, and includes a first sliding engagement part disposed on the straight moving unit, a second sliding engagement part disposed on the lifting/lowering unit, and a first power unit. The first and the second sliding engagement parts are slidably engaged with each other. The lifting/lowering unit moves along the first sliding engagement part by the first power unit.
