  • Patent number: 10378237
Abstract: A lock assembly comprises a housing, a handle, and a latch plunger operably connected with the handle. An exterior key lock and interior lock knob have a locked and unlocked position. A lock cam is rotatably and operably connected with the key lock and interior lock knob for rotation therewith. A crank arm of the lock cam is operatively coupled with a deadbolt lock movably mounted in the housing for shifting between a locked position and an unlocked position. The deadbolt lock is also operably coupled with a motor, wherein a motor cam clutch is operably coupled with the motor and operably interposed between the lock cam and the motor, wherein the motor cam clutch allows rotation of the lock cam between the locked and unlocked positions without rotating the motor cam clutch or a motor shaft of the motor.

  • Publication number: 20070188071
Abstract: An electron gun including a cathode, a beam forming region, an electron lens region, and a high voltage wire is provided. The beam forming region is disposed behind the cathode to make the electrons produced by the cathode become an electron beam. The beam forming region has a control electrode G1 and a screen electrode G2 sequentially. In addition, the electron lens region is adjacent to the beam forming region. The electron lens region has a focusing electrode G3, a focusing electrode G4, and a focusing electrode G5, wherein the focusing electrode G3 and the focusing electrode G4 overlap. Moreover, the high voltage wire is disposed in the electron lens region to connect the focusing electrode G3 and the focusing electrode G5. A cathode ray tube and a projector applying the electron gun are also provided.

  • Patent number: 6194822
Abstract: To prevent rotation of a generally flat, or planar, grid having three inline beam passing apertures, where the two outer apertures are asymmetric in shape, during assembly of a multi-beam electron gun for use in a color cathode ray tube (CRT), an electron gun alignment jig having three inline generally cylindrical mandrels in combination with a generally flat spacer plate is used. Each of the three mandrels is inserted in a respective grid aperture and the grid is placed in contact with the flat spacer plate. The flat spacer plate includes a recessed portion with an alignment slot. The grid includes a lateral alignment tab adapted for insertion in the spacer plate's matching alignment slot in a tight-fitting manner. With the alignment tab inserted in the alignment slot, the three inline apertures are in precise alignment in the alignment jig and grid rotation is prevented to facilitate electron gun assembly.
