  • Publication number: 20210022384
Abstract: A fibre removing machine capable of removing coconut fibre has a plurality of fibre removing units; wherein any two adjacent fibre removing units are spaced apart from each other by a distance to form a fibre removing space; two ends of the fibre removing space correspond to a feeding port and a discharging port, respectively; a driving device drives the fibre removing units to rotate, so that the metal bristles of the fibre removing units are able to go into and out of the fibre removing space repeatedly. Thus, after a husk-removed coconut is put in the feeding port, the coconut passes through the fibre removing space, and is transported out via the discharging port, and then the metal bristles will repeatedly scrape off the coconut fibres of the coconut while the transportation process.

  • Publication number: 20190143625
Abstract: An automatic heat-insulating material replacement device includes a heat-insulating material replacement rack and a cutter. The replacement rack is rotatably connected to a supporting frame and is pivotally provided with a first and a second reel, which are wound with a first and a second heat-insulating material respectively. The first heat-insulating material has one end to be transported and coated to a substrate. When the first heat-insulating material is almost used up, the replacement rack is rotated to bond the second heat-insulating material to the first heat-insulating material adhesively, allowing the latter to be driven by the former and to be coated to the corresponding substrate. The cutter severs the first heat-insulating material at a position between the opposite end of the first heat-insulating material and the adhesively bonded area of the two heat-insulating materials so that the remaining first heat-insulating material on the first reel can be replaced.

  • Publication number: 20190099976
Abstract: A laminating machine, laminating method, and manufacturing system for heat-insulating cardboard are provided, featuring a high degree of automation to increase manufacture efficiency. The laminating machine includes: an adhesive-applying mechanism (1) having a cardboard-pressing roller (11) and a first adhesive-applying roller (12) that are vertically aligned and form a gap therebetween through which cardboard (10) can be friction-fed; and a laminating section (2) downstream of the adhesive-applying mechanism (1) and having upper and lower pressure rollers (21, 22) that are vertically aligned and form a gap therebetween through which the cardboard (10) can be friction-fed, with a second adhesive-applying roller (23) provided near the lower end of the lower pressure roller (22) and forming a gap therewith through which a heat-insulating material (20) can be friction-fed in order to be rolled onto and adhesively bonded to the lower surface of the cardboard (10) by the lower pressure roller (22).

  • Publication number: 20180237994
Abstract: A coating machine and its coating method are provided. The coating machine includes: a cardboard conveying mechanism (1) with a front end (11) and a back end (12) higher than the front end (11); and a wax dispenser (2) provided above the back end (12) and provided with a wax dispensing roller (3) on each of two lateral sides of the wax dispenser (2). The coating machine and its coating method are designed to wax not only the surface, but also the edges, of cardboard (10) so that waterproofness of the entire cardboard (10) is ensured. The coating machine is structurally simple and highly automated, and the coating method is easy to perform and highly automated.

  • Publication number: 20180207895
Abstract: Cardboard with edges sealed by a mixture of hot-melt adhesive and wax includes two surface sheets and an intermediate core material. The surface sheets have a pair of corresponding edges that form an edge opening therebetween communicating with the interstitial spaces in the cardboard and sealed by an edge-sealing structure in the interstitial spaces. The edge-sealing structure includes a primer layer formed by an adhesive mixture and a sealing layer formed by a sealing mixture. The adhesive mixture is made by mixing the hot-melt adhesive with the wax, adhesively bonds the surface sheets and the intermediate core material together, and forms the primer layer with voids and providing a porous supporting surface to be coated with the sealing mixture. The sealing mixture is less adhesive than the adhesive mixture and fills up the voids in the primer layer. Thus, the cardboard achieves waterproofness and thermal and acoustic insulation at low cost.

  • Patent number: 6489948
Abstract: A mouse provides multiple cursor control input devices. A first input device is a tracking ball. The second input device may be a tracking ball, a finger pad, or a joy stick, among other input devices. The second input device provides a secondary control of cursor movement that is combined with the input of the first input device to provide full cursor control. In one embodiment, the second input is scaled by a scaling factor and then combined with the first input. In another embodiment, both the first input and the second input are scaled before they are combined. In another mouse, a single input is provided that is scaled by one of a plurality of scaling factors. The scaling factor may be altered to another one of the plurality of scaling factors via mouse input, for example a button input.
