    Abstract: A carbon-fiber composite golf club head comprises a carbon-fiber composite body, at least one carbon-fiber composite component and at least one weight component. The carbon-fiber composite body comprises a hollow body portion, one-piece formed by stacking carbon fiber prepreg materials, and a striking face portion disposed at a front end of the body portion. The at least one carbon-fiber composite component is mounted to at least one opening of one or both of a crown and a sole of the body portion. The at least one weight component is mounted at a rear end of the carbon-fiber composite body. By combining the carbon-fiber composite body, one-piece formed by carbon fiber composite material and comprising the body portion and the striking face portion, with the at least one carbon-fiber composite component, a weight of a main part of a club head is significantly reduced to increase a weight of counterweight.

    Abstract: A composite golf club head has a head body and a striking plate. The head body has a main portion and a hosel. The main portion is made of carbon fiber composite material and is integrally formed as a single part. The hosel is formed on a front end of the main portion. The striking plate is mounted on the head body. A method of manufacture the composite golf club head comprises steps of putting a plurality of carbon fiber composite prepregs that are piled up and the striking plate into a mold assembly, closing the mold assembly to form a blank of a golf club head, using a pressure forming device to create vacuum inside the mold assembly and to heat the mold assembly to get a semi-finished if golf club head, and deburring to form the composite golf club head.

    Abstract: A golf club head includes a front face having a grooved striking zone for impacting a golf ball, a rear face opposite to said front face, a top portion, a sole portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a hosel portion having a shaft-receiving bore. The toe portion surface meets the front face along a first edge, and the toe portion extends outwardly from the first edge in a direction away from the hosel portion such that the vertical projection of the toe portion onto a plane containing the front face is substantially located outside of the front face. Besides, the sole surface meets the rear face along a trailing edge and meets the toe portion surface along a second edge, and the angle included between the trailing edge and the second edge is less than 90 degrees.
