Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an anti-aging composition, which includes: (a) isolated lactic acid bacterial strains or a fermented product thereof; and (b) an excipient, a diluent, or a carrier; wherein the isolated lactic acid bacterial strains include: Bifidobacterium bifidum VDD088 strains, Bifidobacterium breve Bv-889 strains, and Bifidobacterium longum BLI-02 strains. The present invention further provides a method for preventing aging by administering the foregoing anti-aging composition to a subject in need thereof.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus and an object sharing method thereof. In the method, An operating system (OS) determines a common object used by two or more applications. The objects of the applications are downloaded into a library in response to the installations of the application, respectively. The common object is one of the objects of the applications. The OS stores the common object into a shared memory from the library. The OS changes the access destination of the first application of the applications from the library into the shared memory, to access the common object from the shared memory by the first application based on the access destination of the first application. Therefore, the efficiency of accessing the object and memory usage can be improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a software updating method for a head mounted display system. A memory device of the head mounted display system stores a program code including a platform software and an application software. The software updating method includes two steps. At first, receive an update package from a remote server via an update channel between the remote server and the head mounted display system. Then, update the head mounted display system using the update package. In the updating step, all of non-dependency software components of the platform software and all of non-dependency software components of the application software are not updated.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for controlling a virtual reality equipment comprises following steps. At first, a first application sends a request for image related data. Then, a camera framework layer sends an instruction for camera control in respond to the request from the first application. Then, a camera hardware abstraction layer responds to the instruction from the camera framework layer. Then, a control layer controls the camera hardware abstraction layer to send a control command to the second application for image related data. Then, the second application provides a virtual reality data captured by a virtual camera in a virtual reality world as the image related data.

The feature identifier is disposed under the body and adapted to acquire an identification result about the body. The processor is electrically connected with the feature identifier and adapted to analyze state of the identification element within the identification result for generating a control signal. The feature identifier is an image sensor, and accordingly the identification result is a frame captured by the image sensor.
