  • Publication number: 20060054292
Abstract: A method for producing non-paper pulp natural fibers of paper pulp molded products, which is primarily produced by the following steps in sequence: a. scouring, b. bleaching, c. washing, d. dehydrating, e. pulverize, f. pulping, g. moldable pulp, h. paper pulp molding, and i. releasing, so as to obtain the paper pulp molded finished products made with non-paper pulp natural fibers. According, the present invention may use the traditional industrial waste such as palms, hemp and coconut shells as the major material for paper molded products to both decrease the cost of paper molded products and maintain the ecological environment of the earth.

  • Publication number: 20060048909
Abstract: A paper pulp mold packing structure of frozen foods for Oven and method of producing the same, which is primary produced by adding thermal resistance additives containing anionic compounds with the amount equal to the natural fibers, cross-linking agents containing both nonionic compounds and cationic compounds, into pulp made from fibrous material of paper pulp, non-paper pulp and mixtures thereof, and are mixed with 10 times amount of water to form a moldable pulp. Then, the moldable pulp is applied to the paper pulp molding machine for molding, and a membrane is coated inside the molded foodstuffs packing. The membrane is a PET membrane with thickness of 25 ?m˜80 ?m, and is adhered to the inner surface of the molded foodstuffs packing by thermosetting adhesives. Foodstuffs packing produced by the above mentioned method can be heated with food at 220° C. in the oven about 20˜30 minutes and be stored at ?35° C.

  • Publication number: 20050211405
Abstract: A first auxiliary agent containing anionic substances is prepared by mixing aluminum silicate and natural wax emulsion. Pulp containing natural fibers and water are fed to a pulper to mix uniformly with the first auxiliary agent to form a pulp premix. A second auxiliary agent containing non-ionic and cationic substances is prepared by mixing fluorochemical series resin, polymer compound, aliphatic polyamine and alkyl acryl copolymer. The pulp premix and second auxiliary agent are fed to a stock tank for mixing uniformly to form a pulp mixture which is fed to a paper molding machine for thermal forming and producing the packing material. Subsequently, the packing material is coated with releasing agent mixture and dried.
