    Abstract: A package structure including a redistribution circuit structure, a wiring substrate, first conductive terminals, an insulating encapsulation, and a semiconductor device is provided. The redistribution circuit structure includes stacked dielectric layers, redistribution wirings and first conductive pads. The first conductive pads are disposed on a surface of an outermost dielectric layer among the stacked dielectric layers, the first conductive pads are electrically connected to outermost redistribution pads among the redistribution wirings by via openings of the outermost dielectric layer, and a first lateral dimension of the via openings is greater than a half of a second lateral dimension of the outermost redistribution pads. The wiring substrate includes second conductive pads. The first conductive terminals are disposed between the first conductive pads and the second conductive pads. The insulating encapsulation is disposed on the surface of the redistribution circuit structure.

The blue light source module includes a first blue light emitting element emitting first blue light and a second blue light emitting element emitting second blue light. A peak wavelength of the second blue light is less than a peak wavelength of the first blue light. The green light source module generates green light. The first light combining element guides these lights into the light uniforming element, so that the illumination system outputs the illumination beam.

The control element provides the first signal to the driving element according to an optical state or a time state of the projection device.     Abstract: A method for making high purity dicyclopentadiene comprises the following steps: providing a dimer feedstock comprising dicyclopentadiene and methyl dicyclopentadiene; blending the dimer feedstock and a diluent to obtain a first blend; cracking the first blend in a vapor phase at 300° C. to 400° C. to obtain a cracked feedstock; separating the cracked feedstock into a second blend and a third blend; dimerizing the second blend at 50° C. to 120° C. to obtain a fourth blend; and separating the fourth blend to obtain a recycled diluent and high purity dicyclopentadiene. By using saturated C5 hydrocarbon, saturated C6 hydrocarbon, benzene and the mixture thereof as the diluent and the steps mentioned above, the clogging problem of cracker tubes is solved and the cost of makeup diluent usage is lowered.

In this method, the pyrolysis gasoline is used as feedstock, and the reactive non-aromatic, unsaturated moieties, and the sulfur impurity contained in the pyrolysis gasoline are removed. Then the stabilized feedstock is used to produce C5 olefins, C6-C9 aromatic hydrocarbons as petrochemical products, and C10+ hydrocarbons as precursors of high energy fuels. Upon acid catalytic isomerization, or upon crystallization followed by acid catalytic isomerization, the C10+ hydrocarbons as precursors of high energy fuels are converted to exo-isomers as high energy fuels.

    Abstract: A method of producing a suspended agricultural chemical composition, includes the steps of: grinding an agricultural chemical active ingredient; mixing at least water, a polyalcohol, a mineral salt, and a surfactant to produce a solution; adding to the solution the ground agricultural chemical active ingredient and a suspension stabilizer, to produce a mixture; heating the mixture to 40 to 70° C. while stirring; cooling the heated mixture to 10 to 25° C,; and wet-milling the cooled mixture at 30° C. or below. Alternatively the method includes the steps of: grinding an agricultural chemical active ingredient; mixing at least water, a polyalcohol, a mineral salt, and a surfactant to produce a solution; adding to the solution the ground agricultural chemical active ingredient and a suspension stabilizer to produce a mixture; wet-milling the mixture; heating the wet-milled mixture to 40 to 70° C. while stirring; and cooling the heated mixture.
