    Abstract: A pump structure connectable with an aircushion or a bladder. The pump structure includes: a flexible main body defining a valve room in which a relief valve is arranged and a compressible chamber; a one-way valve permitting the fluid to one-way flow into the chamber; and a thin membrane-type check valve. The check valve has a first end and a second end, which are operable between opened position and closed position. The first and second ends respectively communicate with the chamber and an output tube, which is connectable with the aircushion or bladder. The first and second ends of the check valve are respectively positioned in spaces provided by the chamber and the valve room. A substrate board is disposed under the flexible main body. The substrate board has a through hole and a notch formed on positions where the first and second ends of the check valve are formed.

    Abstract: A heat sink adapter for cooling an electronic component includes a lower plate, an upper plate fixed on the lower plate, and a plurality of heat pipes sandwiched between the lower plate and the upper plate. The lower plate includes a panel, a pair of sidewalls extending upwardly from two opposite sides of the panel, and a plurality of flanges extending upwardly from the sidewalls, respectively. The upper plate defines a plurality of cutouts corresponding to the flanges. The flanges fit into the cutouts to position the upper plate on the lower plate, whereby the lower plate and the upper plate are mechanically connected together.

    Abstract: A fluid reactor having a thin film with two-dimensionally distributed micro-resistor units includes one flow way, separating ribs, a thin film which is thinner than 100 micrometer, and a catalytic layer. There are multiple micro-resistor units, which is thinner than 60 micrometer each, set on the thin film. A bi-directional control unit is disposed to control these multiple micro-resistor units to shift to a desired mode selected from detecting electrical resistance, voltage, current, temperature, flow speed, and/or heat-up functions at different time. It can be applied to different kinds of fuel cells with different flow-way patterns. Its micro-resistor units have bi-directional functions. It can detect flow speed at a desired location in the flow way. It would not influence its original flow field and structure. Plus, it is easy to be installed.

    Abstract: A package structure for a high-luminance light source comprises a circuit board, at least one light source, a resin coating covering the light source, and a fluorescent layer covering the resin coating. A light reflective layer is formed on a surface of the circuit board and is located correspondingly to the light source, and a plurality of reflective protrusions are disposed in a periphery of the light source. The light reflective layer is provided for reflecting the ineffective light of the light source, so as to transform the ineffective light into effective light. The reflective protrusions can reflect the horizontal ineffective light of the light source effectively, so that the light emitted at different angles from the light source are fully utilized to improve the luminescent efficiency of the light source.

    Abstract: A bladder-inflating structure including a resilient air chamber having a receiving space which can be reciprocally compressed and released. After released, the resilient air chamber itself can resiliently restore to its original state. An inflatable bladder is connected to one side of the resilient air chamber. An intake valve is disposed on the resilient air chamber. When the resilient air chamber is compressed and released, the intake valve only permits external air to one-way flow into the receiving space. A one-way membrane nozzle is disposed on one side of the resilient air chamber between the receiving space and the bladder. The one-way membrane nozzle is composed of two soft thin membranes. The peripheries of the soft thin membranes are partially fused with each other to define a fluid passage. The fluid passage has an inlet end extending into the receiving space and an outlet end extending into the bladder.

    Abstract: Methods for programming and program verification of a flash memory are described that ease the buried drain contact induced operation and increase the retention window. In a first aspect of the invention, a program operation method provides varying program biases which are applied to different groups of memory cells. The program biases can be supplied as drain bias voltages or gate bias voltages. The program biases vary depending on which group of memory cells is programmed. In one embodiment, a first drain voltage VD1 is applied to the first group of memory cells M0 and Mn. A second drain voltage VD2 is applied to the second group of memory cells M1 and Mn-1, where VD2=VD1+?VD. In a second aspect of the invention, a plurality of program verification voltage levels are selected to verify that the memory cells pass the program voltage levels.
