    Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) chip package structure. The method includes providing a substrate for an interposer, and forming a conductive interconnect structure in and on the substrate for connecting a group of selected IC dies. The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

    Abstract: A method for detecting the cleanliness of a filter. The filter is disposed on an air inlet or an air outlet of a fan. The method includes the following steps. At first, outputting a rotation control voltage to the fan, and an airflow generated by the rotation of the fan flows through the filter. Then, detect an actual rotation rate of the fan, and calculate an actual dust value f1 according to the actual rotation rate and the rotation rate control voltage. Then, a dust upper limit value of the filter is defined. Finally, the cleanliness of the filter is determined according to the actual dust value and the dust upper limit value.

The air filter is disposed in front of the exit of the housing, and filters the airflow passing around the lamp. The dust detection device is disposed behind the air filter, and detects the state of the filtered airflow.

    Abstract: A digital light projector (DLP) enabling to support at least two digital micromirror devices (DMD) with different resolution is provided. Appending with a predetermined resolution, the DLP comprises a scalar transform unit and an image control unit. The scalar transform unit has a plurality of scalar firmware respect to various resolutions including the predetermined resolution stored therein. The image control unit electrically connects to the scalar transform unit and has a DMD firmware and a register number respect to the predetermined resolution. While the DLP is operating, the scalar transform unit reads the register number and chooses a proper scalar firmware accordingly.
