Abstract: The present disclosure provides a forksheet structure in a semiconductor device and methods of manufacturing thereof. The forksheet structure according to the present disclosure includes a dielectric wall disposed between two channel regions inside a gate structure and without extending through the sidewall spacers to the source/drain regions. In some embodiments, a cut metal gate (CMG) dielectric structure is formed in the gate structure along with the dielectric walls. A gate dielectric layer is in contact with the dielectric wall. In some embodiments, the dielectric layer surrounds semiconductor channels in the channel region. In other embodiments, the gate dielectric layer surrounds a portion of the semiconductor channels in the channel region, for example forming a ?-shape cross sectional profile around the semiconductor channel.

Abstract: A chip packaging structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The chip package structure includes a conductive substrate, a dam and a metal shielding layer. The conductive substrate includes a substrate, vias and electrodes. The substrate has first and second board surfaces opposite to each other. The vias penetrate through the first board surface and the second board surface, and a part of the vias is disposed in a first die-bonding region on which a chip is to be arranged. The electrodes extend from the first board surface to the second board surface through the vias. The dam is formed on the first board surface to surround the first die-bonding region, and the dam has a height higher than that of the chip. The metal shielding layer covers the dam and a part of the first board surface that do not overlap with the electrodes.

Abstract: A rotatable rack comprising a U-shaped fastening member having a first arm and a second arm each pivotally coupled to first and second L-shaped rods, respectively, by first and second fastening bolts, respectively. The fastening member is fastened onto a wall with a fastening seat and each of the arms is provided with a sunken hole having an inner threaded section. Each fastening bolt includes an outer threaded section at one end thereof which is threadably engaged with a respective one of the inner threaded sections. Each L-shaped rod is provided with a fitting hole at one end portion thereof in which the other end of a respective one of the fastening bolts is fitted into.

Abstract: A bathroom rack comprises a base, a holding rod, and a cover. The base is provided with a plurality of first retaining portions and through holes. The base is fastened with the bathroom wall by a plurality of bolts which are fastened onto the bathroom wall via the through holes. The holding rod has a fastening end and an article holding end. The fastening end is provided with a plurality of second retaining portions. The holding rod is fastened with the base such that the second retaining portions of the fastening end of the holding rod are engaged with the first retaining portions of the base. The cover is joined with the base such that the holding rod is located between the base and the cover.
