Abstract: An addition system of a reducing agent in a semiconductor manufacturing process includes pre-treatment and post-treatment gas concentration detection devices, a process exhaust gas treatment device, a reducing agent supply device, and an addition system control device. The process exhaust gas treatment device purifies exhaust gas of a semiconductor manufacturing process and emits a post-treatment gas. The reducing agent supply device supplies a reducing agent gas into the process exhaust gas treatment device. The post-treatment gas concentration detection device detects a residual concentration of the reducing agent gas in the post-treatment gas. The addition system control device calculates destruction and removal efficiency (DRE) for process gases according to pre-treatment and post-treatment gas concentrations, and, according to the DRE and the residual concentration, sends a signal to the reducing agent supply device to control the amount of the reducing agent gas added.

Abstract: A positive and negative voltage generating circuit includes a first rectification circuit, a first voltage stabilizing circuit, a boost circuit, a second rectification circuit, and a second voltage stabilizing circuit. The first rectification circuit rectifies input voltage signals. The first voltage stabilizing circuit stabilizes the rectified input voltage signals to output a negative voltage needed by an LCD module. The boost circuit up-converts the input voltage signals to output a first voltage. The second rectification circuit rectifies the first voltage. The second voltage stabilizing circuit stabilizes the rectified first voltage to output a positive voltage needed by the LCD module. An LCD module driving system and a VOIP phone are also provided.

The first switch is configured for establishing an electrical connection between the USB interface and the charger upon receiving the ON signal or cutting off the connection upon receiving the OFF signal. The second switch is configured for establishing a connection between the universal serial bus interface and the battery when the connection between the USB interface and the charger is terminated by the first switch.

Abstract: A cooling system includes a cooling fan, a fan input-output module for transmitting a control signal for controlling the rotational speed of the fan, a clock rate, and an operating voltage, and a chipset interface for generating the fan control signal based on a change in a vital temperature of the computer system. Further provided is a controller for receiving the vital temperature and forwarding the vital temperature to the chipset interface, and a temperature transducer for generating the vital temperature and outputting the vital temperature to the controller. The chipset interfacemonitors a rotational speed of the cooling fan, and monitors a vital temperature of the computer system. The chipset interface then sets the fan power based on a change in the vital temperature. When the vital temperature decreases, the fan power is reduced to slow the fan, and when the vital temperature increases, the fan power is increased to speed the fan.
