  • Publication number: 20240096998
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method for forming metallization layers that include a ruthenium metal liner and a cobalt metal fill. The method includes depositing a first dielectric on a substrate having a gate structure and source/drain (S/D) structures, forming an opening in the first dielectric to expose the S/D structures, and depositing a ruthenium metal on bottom and sidewall surfaces of the opening. The method further includes depositing a cobalt metal on the ruthenium metal to fill the opening, reflowing the cobalt metal, and planarizing the cobalt and ruthenium metals to form S/D conductive structures with a top surface coplanar with a top surface of the first dielectric.

  • Patent number: 11931187
Abstract: A method for predicting clinical severity of a neurological disorder includes steps of: a) identifying, according to a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image of a brain, brain image regions each of which contains a respective portion of diffusion index values of a diffusion index, which results from image processing performed on the MRI image; b) for one of the brain image regions, calculating a characteristic parameter based on the respective portion of the diffusion index values; and c) calculating a severity score that represents the clinical severity of the neurological disorder of the brain based on the characteristic parameter of the one of the brain image regions via a prediction model associated with the neurological disorder.

  • Publication number: 20230263415
Abstract: An arm band accessory includes a band cuff, a linking unit, and a connecting unit. The linking unit includes a securing member, a rotatable member, and an operating mechanism. The securing member is mounted to the band cuff. The rotatable member is pivotally connected to the securing member and the operating mechanism. A first end section of the band cuff is operable to extend through the connecting unit and be folded back to form a first constrained space with the band cuff, the linking unit and the connecting unit when the operating mechanism is in a fixed state, and to form a second constrained space with the band cuff, the linking unit and the connecting unit when the operating mechanism is in a unfolded state.

  • Publication number: 20090124911
Abstract: A sphygmomanometer capable of adjusting a viewing angle of a display screen includes a housing, and the housing includes a lower casing and an upper casing. The lower casing includes a pivotal axle and a position limit mechanism. The upper casing has a containing space for containing a rotating body, and a display screen installed on a side of the rotating body, and a shaft protruded from another side of the rotating body which faces the lower casing. The shaft is sheathed onto the pivotal axle for the use of the sphygmomanometer. When the sphygmomanometer is worn onto a user's wrist or arm, the pivotal axle and the shaft are operated to turn the display screen on the rotating body to an appropriate position, so as to facilitate the user or medical professionals to view the reading of the measurement on the display screen.

  • Publication number: 20070159850
Abstract: A color blend structure for improving the display of a backlight module of an LCD panel includes a reflective sheet stacked with a light guide panel and at least two LEDs of different colors buried in a side of the light guide panel. The light guide panel includes a depressed opening disposed between the LEDs, and the light guide panel includes an LCD panel stacked thereon, such that when the LEDs produce colored lights of different colors, no light diffusion resulting a color blend will be produced due to the separation provided by the depressed opening and the reflection controlled at the edge of the depressed opening, such that when the LCD panel displays different color areas as warnings, users can view the warnings without any color confusion.
