The first control power and the first data power are different. The first control signal and the first data signal are multiplexed by superimposing the first control power and the first data power before the multiplexed first control signal and the multiplexed first data signal are transmitted.

The communication unit is coupled to the processing unit, generates an uplink transmitting signal according to the resource pattern with a plurality of transmitting data bits.
