  • Publication number: 20140236154
Abstract: A bone plate structure adapted to fix a bone in an affected part is provided. The bone plate structure includes first and second bone plates. The first bone plate has a first stacking portion and a first extending portion and is adapted to be moved onto the bone through a wound of the affected part. The second bone plate has a second stacking portion and a second extending portion and is adapted to be moved onto the bone through the wound. When the first and second bone plates are located on the bone, the second bone plate is adapted to be moved relatively to the first bone plate, such that the first and second stacking portions are stacked with each other and the first and second extending portions are expanded relatively. A surgery device and a method for bone plate implant suitable for the bone plate structure is also provided.

  • Patent number: 8784493
Abstract: An intervertebral cage, an implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. The intervertebral cage for being implanted between two adjacent vertebral bodies includes a body and a connecting portion. The body has a lateral convex surface, an inclined surface, a lateral concave surface and a connecting surface connected sequentially. The connecting portion includes a main portion and a protrusion. The main portion connected to the connecting surface has a through hole. The protrusion is protruded from the main portion into the through hole to form first and second inner arc surfaces. The maximum width of the intervertebral cage is a distance between first and second lines. The first and second lines are substantially parallel to a tangent line of the lateral convex surface and the first line, respectively. The distance between the inclined surface and the first line decreases gradually along a direction away from the connecting portion.

  • Patent number: 7223503
Abstract: A method is disclosed for repairing an opaque defect on a mask substrate. After examining one or more opaque patterns in a predetermined area of the mask substrate, at least one opaque defect in the opaque patterns is identified based on a difference between its light reflection rate and a reference reflection rate. A residue height of the opaque defect is further determined based on its light transmission rate, and a repair formula such as an etching dosage is devised based on the determined residue height.

  • Publication number: 20070066071
Abstract: A method includes introducing an acid solution having ethanol and an acid to a substrate and cleaning the substrate using the acid solution; applying an ultrasonic wave to the acid solution substantially during the cleaning of the substrate; and performing a fine cleaning of the substrate after the cleaning of substrate with the acid solution.

  • Publication number: 20050260503
Abstract: A reticle film stabilizing method which is suitable for stabilizing a reticle film on a reticle, is disclosed. The method includes subjecting the multilayer reticle film to VUV (vacuum ultraviolet) radiation prior to the megasonic cleaning process. The method increases the oxygen content of the reticle film, resulting in an oxygen-rich film surface which protects the reticle film from peeling during cleaning. Furthermore, the method enhances the surface wettability of the reticle film in a megasonic cleaning tank, thereby enhancing the cleaning efficacy.

  • Patent number: 5695005
Abstract: A fluid dynamic crossflow cooling tower has a tower body. In the upper portion of the tower body, there is a horizontally disposed injection tubular element which has a plural number of spaced nozzles disposed on the lateral side. Heated fluid is pumped into the injection tubular element and is ejected out through the nozzles and forms a continuous screen of high velocity liquid flow into a horizontal diffuser. Outside cooling air is drawn into the tower through the air inlet located the lower portion of the tower body. The cooling air then mixes with heated liquid in the diffuser to perform heat exchange process. The liquid and air mixture then pass through a mist eliminator which separates liquid from the air. The air is then discharged out of the tower body, liquid is cooled and falls into a water dispersing trough and then passes through a heat radiator for the second pass heat exchanging process, and finally drops into a water tray at the bottom of the tower body.

  • Patent number: 5696361
Abstract: A multi-duct sound eliminator for an air pipe which can be installed din the air inlet or outlet of an air or gas pipe in order to eliminate noise. The outer casing of the sound eliminator can be made in cylindrical shape, a rectangular shape, or a flat shape. The round ducts are arranged in high density matrix to facilitate air flow. For high speed and high temperature air, the sound eliminator uses ducts with air holes covered with metal net, or glass fiber cloth in order to increase the sound absorbing of low frequency noise. Between each duct, sound-absorbing cotton is placed. The ducts are covered by multi-layers of netting material which stack together to prevent the sound-absorbing cotton from being washed out by high speed air flow. For lower speed and lower temperature air, the air channel uses molded sound-absorbing foam to form one unit in which is installed the multi-ducts in order to expand the effectiveness of sound eliminating on low frequency noise.
