The heat-sensitive layer exhibits a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) characteristic and includes a first polymer and a conductive filler. The first polymer consists of polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF), and PVDF exists in different phases such as ?-PVDF, ?-PVDF and ?-PVDF. The total amount of ?-PVDF, ?-PVDF and ?-PVDF is calculated as 100%, and the amount of ?-PVDF accounts for 48% to 55%. The conductive filler has a metal-ceramic compound.

During a sleep mode of the electronic device, the enable signal has a first logic level. In response to the enable signal at the first logic level, the logic circuit generates the second reset control signal at the first logic level. When the image frame switching period is greater than the predetermined period, a reset pulse and a second data pulse are sequentially generated such that the display device operates in a second updating mode.
