  • Patent number: 11623475
Abstract: A socket structure includes a socket body, an O-ring, and a carbon-fiber tube. The socket body includes a driving section and an acting section coaxially connected to the driving section. The driving section has an outside diameter greater than an outside diameter of the acting section and a stepped portion is formed in outer circumference between the driving section and the acting section. The driving section and the acting section have end faces that are recessed inwardly to form a driving hole and an acting hole, respectively. The outer circumferential surface of the acting section is formed with a circumferential groove in which the O-ring is received. The carbon-fiber tube is fit over the outer circumferential surface of the acting section of the socket body and has an end in abutting engagement with the stepped portion and an internal circumferential surface in contact with the O-ring.

  • Publication number: 20110120272
Abstract: A ratchet wrench with variable output torque includes a wrench body, a control bar, a control pin, and a handle. The body includes a shank having an end forming a driving section for coupling with a socket and an opposite end pivotally connected to an end of the control bar through a pivot pin. The pivot pin is substantially normal to but not intersecting a central axis of the driving section so that the control bar is rotatable about the pivot pin for angular displacement. The control pin controls angular displacing between the control bar and the shank. The handle forms a bore slidably and slidably receiving the control bar to thereby form an extendible/contractible handle arrangement constituted by the handle, the control bar, and the shank. The handle is freely rotatable about an outer circumference of the control bar for efficient and effective operation of rotating the driving section.

  • Publication number: 20110114688
Abstract: A toting type tool case includes a case receiving tools therein and a carrying strap toted by a user for carrying the case. The carrying strap has a friction buckle for adjusting length of the strap. Opposite ends of the carrying strap are removably attachable to opposite ends of the case. The carrying strap is provided, respectively at the ends thereof, with male and female buckle members that are engageable with each other. When the carrying strap is removed from the case, the carrying strap is convertible into a waist belt through engagement between the male and female buckle members for positioning tool pockets that hold tools by the waist of a user. The case may be provided with secondary male and female buckle members at top thereof for selectively engageable with the female and male buckle members of the strap for shoulder carrying.

  • Publication number: 20090211408
Abstract: A spark plug socket wrench includes a socket member having a non-circular chamber for receiving a nut member of a spark plug, and having an engaging hole for engaging with a driving tool, and having a compartment communicating with the chamber and the engaging hole of the socket member, a casing engaged into the compartment of the socket member and having a space for receiving an insulator of the spark plug, and a spring-biased projection attached to the casing and having a detent biased by a spring member for engaging with the spark plug and for retaining the spark plug to the socket member and for preventing the spark plug from being disengaged from the socket member inadvertently.

  • Publication number: 20080193205
Abstract: A universal connector comprises a connecting head having an axial penetrating hole and a radial penetrating hole; an adaptor having one end formed as a ball which is formed with an axial penetrating hole; a pin passing the axial penetrating hole of the adaptor and the radial penetrating hole of the connecting head so that the connecting head is swingable. The pin is made of hard metal. A spring is located within the connecting head, and resists against the ball of the adaptor; two ends of the pin tightly sealing two openings of the radial penetrating hole and a sleeve integrally formed at one end of the adaptor. The method for assembling the pin to the adaptor comprises the steps of: welding the two ends of the pin; cooling the pin at two ends of the radial penetrating hole; and polishing the two ends of the pin.
