The structural wall defines a reaction region and a channel region, wherein the reaction region is connected to the channel region. The first flow guiding member is disposed in the channel region, and a first angle between the structural wall and the first flow guiding member ranges between 0 and 60 degrees. The obstacle member is disposed on the structural wall, and a second angle between the obstacle member and the structural wall is greater than 90 degrees. The present disclosure further provides an assay device including said reaction assay for biochemical test.

The first transmission includes a screw rod driven by the motor and a telescopic tube assembly threadedly connected to the screw rod and linearly movable relative to the screw rod. The distal end of the telescopic tube assembly is fixedly connected on a connecting piece. The second transmission is provided at one side of the first transmission and parallel thereto. Further, the second transmission includes a sleeve driven by the motor to rotate, a telescopic tube assembly accommodated within the sleeve and axially movable relative to the sleeve, and a screw rod threadedly connected to the telescopic tube assembly and linearly movable relative to the telescopic tube assembly. The distal end of the telescopic tube assembly is connected to the connecting piece. With the above arrangement, each screw rod is interchangeable and the cost can be reduced.

    Abstract: A fast-releasing device of an activator includes a clutching means, a turning means and a pulling means. One end of the swinging arm is arranged to correspond to the clutch so as to control the clutching action between the fixing base and the clutch. The pulling means includes a pulling rod assembly. One end of the pulling rod assembly is accommodated within the casing and connected to the swinging arm, and the other end thereof penetrates out of the casing and is joined with a connecting block. With the above arrangement, a curved swinging movement can be transferred into a linear displacement, thereby to substantially reduce the applied tension force of an operator.

    Abstract: A nut structure is used for being screwed to a guiding screw and includes a main nut, a safety nut, a resilient body and a position-restricting piece. The main nut is made of plastic material and provided in its interior with inner threads and an accommodating chamber formed on one side of the inner threads. The safety nut and the resilient body are provided in the accommodating chamber. The safety nut also has inner threads and is axially displaceable with respect to the main nut. Both ends of the resilient body abut on the corresponding end faces of the main nut and the safety nut, respectively. Further, a position-restricting piece is fixed to one side of the accommodating chamber of the main nut for restricting the range of the displacement of the safety nut in the accommodating chamber. With this structure, a sufficient safety can be assured even when the wear occurs between the main nut and the guiding screw.
