  • Publication number: 20250070092
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a shared frontside pad/bridge layout for a three-dimensional (3D) integrated circuit (IC), as well as the 3D IC and a method for forming the 3D IC. A second IC die underlies the first IC die, and a third IC die underlies the second IC die. A first-die backside pad, a second-die backside pad, and a third die backside pad are in a row extending in a dimension and overlie the first, second, and third IC dies. Further, the first-die, second-die, and third-die backside pads are electrically coupled respectively to individual semiconductor devices of the first, second, and third IC dies. The second and third IC dies include individual pad/bridge structures at top metal (TM) layers of corresponding interconnect structures. The pad/bridge structures share the shared frontside pad/bridge layout and provide lateral routing in the dimension for the aforementioned electrical coupling.

  • Publication number: 20250055281
Abstract: A power system includes a power conversion circuit, a DC converter and an inverter. The power conversion circuit is coupled to a AC supply line and a DC supply line to convert voltage between the AC supply line and the DC supply line. The DC converter is coupled to the DC supply line and a charging device. The inverter is coupled to the AC supply line and the charging device. When the charging device provides a supply power to the inverter, the inverter is configured to convert the supply power into a recovered power and transmit the recovered power to the power conversion circuit.

  • Publication number: 20080003857
Abstract: A safety mechanism includes a pair of sliding blocks each movably received inside the light bulb socket and a releasing block operably connected to each of the pair of sliding blocks to activate movement of the sliding blocks for releasing an energy saving light bulb. Each of the sliding blocks is provided with a first spring received in a first receiving compartment, an inclined first abutting face and a positioning recess so that when the insertion head of the energy saving light bulb passes over the wedged head of the sliding block, the sliding block is moved to allow the insertion head of the energy saving light bulb to be moved from the insertion hole to the positioning hole.

  • Patent number: 7198500
Abstract: A non-detachable bulb adapter for an energy saving bulb has a base, a casing, a cover and a unidirectional lock. The casing is mounted on the base and has a mounting slot defined longitudinally through the casing. The cover covers the casing and has an outer thread and an opening defined radially through the cover. The unidirectional lock is flexible, is mounted on the casing and the cover and has a mounting tab mounted through the mounting slot and the opening and a locking tab protruding out from the mounting tab and extending out of the opening of the cover. The structure of the non-detachable bulb adapter is simple so that non-detachable bulb adapter has a high production rate and a low cost.

  • Patent number: 7104828
Abstract: A bulb socket is used with a bulb having a base and two mounting legs each including an enlarged member and has a casing, a bracket and a compression tab. The casing is hollow and has an open bottom. The bracket is mounted in the open bottom of the casing and has two openings, two curved slots and two ridges. The openings and curved slots are defined through the bracket. Each curved slot has an inlet hole and a locking recess. The ridges protrude from the bracket respectively along and adjacent to the curved slots. The compression tab is mounted on the bracket and has two feet extending respectively through openings. The feet pressing against the base and the ridges adjacent to the enlarged members prevent the vertical and horizontal movements of the enlarged members when no external force is applied to the bulb.
