  • Publication number: 20240346902
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method to monitor at least one person in at least one environment. The environment includes at least two sensors capable of detecting the presence of a person in that environment. The person under monitoring has a care condition to be monitored, where such monitoring involves the at least two sensors providing data sets to at least one signal monitoring system. Such data sets are communicated to at least one digital twin representing the person under monitoring and their environment, such that patterns of behavior may be determined for that person. Such patterns may be represented in the at least one digital twin, as to detect behavior that indicates a change in the care condition of that person under monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20240331523
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method to identify incentives in multi-party interactions where such incentives are represented by specification value pairs and through the use of game theory, machine leaning, pattern identification and recognition and/or digital twins in any arrangement, misalignment of such specification value pairs may be identified and responded to in manner that can avoid and/or mitigate the impact of such misalignments on the interactions of those parties, including in pursuit of the reduction of fraud or other undesirable behaviors within at least one system.

  • Publication number: 20240177853
Abstract: A system of entities is represented by digital twins. Each digital twin incorporates specifications of the capabilities of the entity. Each digital twin incorporates the physical characteristics of the entity. Each digital twin represents the state of the entity. The interactions between digital twins provide an accurate and timely representation of the interactions between the entities.

  • Publication number: 20240112791
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method align tokens representing the state of a person under care with at least one stakeholder represented by further tokens. The system identifies incentives in multi-party interactions where such incentives are represented by specification value pairs and through the use of game theory, machine leaning, pattern identification and recognition and/or digital twins in any arrangement, misalignment of such specification value pairs may be identified and responded to in manner that can avoid and/or mitigate the impact of such misalignments on the interactions of those parties, including in pursuit of the reduction of fraud or other undesirable behaviors within at least one system.

  • Publication number: 20230326589
Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method to monitor at least one person in at least one environment. A care processing system receives data from at least one sensor in an environment for a monitoring a person under care. The data received is matched to a pattern for such data configured by the signal processing system. Upon the matching of such data, at least a first sensor creates an event that in whole or in part matches such pattern. The signal processing configures a first sensor to collect data created by such event, or instructs a second and subsequent set of sensors to collect data about the event, such that signal processing may determine the accuracy of such data for matching of the pattern. The situation is represented for a monitored person in an environment for the purpose of providing care to that person.

  • Publication number: 20220004604
Abstract: The disclosed techniques in artificial intelligence include at least a system and a computer-implemented method for performing a predictive search that compensates for a misclassification. For example, the system can set a user-defined classification of a physical characteristic of the user and retrieve an image captured by a camera device. The system can aggregate binary feedback data submitted by authorized users about the image, predict a classification for the physical characteristic by processing the image with a machine learning (ML) process, and search a database based on a query, which has criteria that includes an indication of the aggregate binary feedback data, the user-defined classification, the predicted classification, and/or data indicative of the user's feedback. The system can then identify a search result that satisfies the query and cause a user device to display a recommendation that includes the search result.
