The semiconductor device package includes a substrate with a first groove and a semiconductor device. The first groove has a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, and the second portion is between the first portion and the third portion. The semiconductor device includes a membrane and is disposed on the second portion of the first groove. The semiconductor device has a first surface adjacent to the substrate and opposite to the membrane. The membrane is exposed by the first surface.

Abstract: The current disclosure describes techniques of protecting a metal interconnect structure from being damaged by subsequent chemical mechanical polishing processes used for forming other metal structures over the metal interconnect structure. The metal interconnect structure is receded to form a recess between the metal interconnect structure and the surrounding dielectric layer. A metal cap structure is formed within the recess. An upper portion of the dielectric layer is strained to include a tensile stress which expands the dielectric layer against the metal cap structure to reduce or eliminate a gap in the interface between the metal cap structure and the dielectric layer.

Abstract: A multi-use convertible frame for a baby carrier includes a base frame, a swivel mount, a support unit and a positioning mechanism. The support unit can be swiveled about ninety degrees from a first direction to a second direction, and vice versa. The support unit is leaned with an angle suitable for providing a chair mode in the first direction, and kept in a substantially horizontal position for providing a bassinet mode in the second direction. The base frame may be formed with a curved underside and rotatably mounted with two stoppers at the both ends thereof for converting the chair mode into a rocking chair mode and converting the bassinet mode into rocking bassinet mode.

Abstract: A stroller frame with a hidable release actuator includes a foldable frame, a locking mechanism, a release mechanism and a baby carrier. The locking mechanism is mounted on the foldable frame for locking the foldable frame in the erected configuration. The release mechanism has a release actuator operatively mounted on the foldable frame for unlocking the locking mechanism by rotation in either a forward direction or a rearward direction. The baby carrier has a deployed position to support a baby occupant thereon and can hide the release actuator thereunder. The baby carrier can be converted into a folded position to permit the access to the release actuator. By this arrangement, to prevent the caregiver from accessing the release actuator, so as to avoid accidentally folding of the foldable frame before the baby occupant being held up from the baby carrier.

The arched base rack has a curved downside for rocking and rolling back and forth against ground. The seat frame includes a left-side rack and a right-side rack for stretching a fabric cover therebetween to form an accommodating space. The left-side rack and right-side rack can be locked in a first position when converted to the rocking-bed or chair, and rotatable to close together in a second position for engaging with a seat board so as to convert to the rocking-horse. The seat frame may pivot to the arched base rack and adjust inclination by a lifting rack when being converted to a chair.

Abstract: A baby walker with a use-transferable upper tray comprises an upper tray, a base, a pair of side posts and a positioning mechanism. The upper tray is positioned by the positioning mechanism in a first position or a second position and being connected with a seat for accommodating a baby-occupant. The base has a rear opening that permits an elder baby to enter without obstacle to learn walking therein by grabbing the rear end of the upper tray, when the upper tray is moved to a second position from a first position. Each of the pair of side posts is connected between the upper tray and the base for positioning the baby walker in a selected height.

The base (3) has a plurality of wheels (31) for contacting the ground, thereby permitting an elder baby to push and move the baby walker (10) easily. Each of the pair of side posts is connected between the upper tray (2) and the base (3) for positioning the baby walker (10) in a selected height. The positioning mechanism (7) is capable of positioning the upper tray (2) relative to the base (3) in a first position (71) and a second position (72), wherein the second position (72) is forward relative to the first position (71), when the upper tray in positioned in the second position (72), allowing the elder baby to enter and learning walk inside an opening space inside the base (3) by grabbing the rear end of the upper stay (2).
