    Abstract: A faucet with pipe-in-pipe structure may include a control valve and a valve shell, and a rotating base, a sliding valve piece, and a fixing valve piece are sequentially formed inside the valve shell. The valve rod operated by a handle can rotate the rotating base with the sliding valve piece, so that relative positions between the sliding valve piece and the fixing valve piece are controlled to operate the on/off operation of the faucet, the mixing ratios of hot water and cold water, and the amount of water flow. Both side edges at front of the spout have intervals including a water inlet duct. The lateral arcs of the two inlet ducts are designed to taper the inlet duct. Also the upper sides of two inlet ducts connect with the roof, and the relative position on the roof of each duct has a limber hole to let water down into the inlet ducts. The valve tube is formed with a through hole and two annular grooves. The pressure regulating member is provided with a balance wall located between the two water guide grooves and has two opposite ends each provided with a connecting hole.
