Whereby, the cover plate is allowed to liftably retain on the faceplate and cover a surface of the faceplate, an article is allowed to place in between the cover plate and the faceplate of the portable computer housing so as to vary an outlook or pattern of the faceplate of the computer to meet a requirement of matching the computer outlook with a personalized desire.

Abstract: A portable electronic device comprises a main body and a holding frame. The main body comprises a monitor and a host, and the monitor is pivoted to the host. The holding frame is pivoted to the main body, and the holding frame is in a U shape. The holding frame comprises a pivot unit and a sliding unit. A first end portion of each pivot unit is pivoted to the main body, and the sliding unit is connected to the second end portion of the pivot unit. The sliding unit can slide out of a frame surrounding the monitor to form a holding portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides a computer for receiving a removable data storage device comprising a case having an internal motherboard with a CPU mounted thereon; at least one substantially rectangular opening on the case; at least one slot each provided within the opening for communicating therewith; and a USB port provided at a bottom of the slot opposite to the opening for being electrically connected to the motherboard; wherein the data storage device is insertable into the slot via the opening for connecting an I/O port of the micro drive and the USB port together. By utilizing this, the CPU on the motherboard is able to read data from the micro drive or write data into the micro drive via the coupled USB port and I/O port.

Abstract: A wrist rest cover of a portable computer, wherein the size of the wrist rest cover is approximately equal to the size of a wrist rest. The wrist rest cove has an opening for exposing the glidepad and buttons of the portable computer. The wrist rest cover can be made to be comfortable and with a soft texture, and is fit for laying wrists thereon or made of transparent material. Besides, the wrist rest cover is designed in compliance with the human factors. The pictures, personal information or the like can be placed between the wrist rest cover and the portable computer. The transparent wrist rest cover can also be etched with various patterns on the interior side of the wrist rest cover.
