  • Patent number: 9889549
Abstract: A precision handle for hand tools has a body, an elastic element, a sheath, a pressing element, and a group of balls. The mounting protrusion protrudes axially from a rear end of the body. The elastic element is mounted in the body. The sheath is mounted around the mounting protrusion. The pressing element is mounted through and engages with the sheath. The group of balls includes a first ball and a second ball. The first ball is mounted in the mounting protrusion and abuts the elastic element. The second ball is mounted between the pressing element and the first ball. The first ball abuts against the second ball at one point of contact when the pressing element is pressed, thereby decreasing the friction between the body and the sheath. Accordingly, the precision handle for hand tools can be operated smoothly and efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20180021927
Abstract: A socket has a socket section and an assembling section connected to the socket section. The socket section is cylindrical and has an axial direction, a peripheral surface, a first end, a second end, a socket hole, and a grasp portion. The first end and the second end of the socket section are opposite each other in the axial direction of the socket section. The socket hole is axially defined in the first end of the socket section. The grasp portion is annularly concaved in the peripheral surface of the socket section and has a cross-section being along a diametrical surface of the socket section. The cross-section of the grasp portion has two opposite curved edges. The assembling section is coaxially connected to the second end of the socket section. The concave grasp portion makes the socket easily and securely grasped.

  • Publication number: 20170304998
Abstract: A ratchet handle has a wrench body, a ratchet block, an elastic sheet and a ratchet. The ratchet block, the elastic sheet and the ratchet are received inside the wrench body. The ratchet block has a first end, a second end opposite the first end of the ratchet block, a first side, a second side opposite the first side of the ratchet block, and a sliding face. The sliding face is arranged on the second side of the ratchet block and is formed at the first end of the ratchet block. The elastic sheet has an assembling section assembled on the second side of the ratchet block. The assembling section extends toward the first end of the ratchet block and extends to a position on the sliding face, thereby pushing the ratchet block sufficiently to make the ratchet block and the ratchet free from slippage.

  • Patent number: 9193061
Abstract: A collision-resistant tool box has two bodies, a connecting set, a buckle set, and a handle. Each body has a side wall, a body space, and a collision-resistant space. The side wall is formed in a closed state. The body space is formed in the body. The bodies are mounted facing each other via the body spaces. The collision-resistant space is formed in the side wall along an extension direction of the side wall. The connecting set is connected to a side of each body and connected to the bodies. The buckle set is mounted on a side of each body opposite to the connecting set. The handle is mounted on the side of one of the bodies opposite to the connecting set. Therefore, the collision-resistant tool box can provide a collision-resistant effect.

  • Publication number: 20130061724
Abstract: A handle for a hand tool has a held section and a connecting section connected with the held section. The held section has at least one soft area and at least one hard area that are formed on an outer surface of the held section. The connecting section has an end surface and a shank hole. The end surface of the connecting section is opposite to the held section. The shank hole is formed in the end surface of the connecting section and has an axis. A cross section of the held section is asymmetric relative to the axis of the shank hole. The cross section of the held section is asymmetric and ergonomic, so the held section is suitable for the user's hand to turn.
