Abstract: A cosmetic container has an outer receptacle, a refill receptacle detachably disposed in the outer receptacle, a seal closing the refill receptacle, and an outer cap closing the outer receptacle. The outer receptacle has a rim formed around an upper opening thereof and multiple engaging blocks formed on an internal peripheral surface of the rim. The refill receptacle has multiple holding portions and has multiple engaging recesses formed in an external peripheral surface of the refill receptacle and configured to engage with the engaging blocks. The holding portions are mounted to the rim of the outer receptacle and partially cover an external peripheral surface of the rim. With the engagements of the engaging blocks inside the outer receptacle and the engaging recesses of the refill receptacle, the refill receptacle is replaceable, reducing resource waste. Appearance of the cosmetic container is improved as residues of dirt and grease are avoided.

The upper casing is detachably and orientationally sleeved on the upper housing to rotate the upper housing with the upper casing. The lower casing is detachably and orientationally sleeved on the lower housing to rotate the lower housing with the lower casing. Because the upper casing and the lower casing are orientationally mounted around the upper housing and the lower housing, respectively, variety and variability in appearance of the cosmetic container can be provided without affecting its functional operation. Marks, textures, and patterns on an external surface of the container body can be protected.

Abstract: A cosmetic casing assembly has a base assembly, a cover, an engaging device and a resilient member. The base assembly has at least one recess defined in the base assembly. The cover is pivotally connected to the base assembly. The engaging device is mounted between the base assembly and the cover to hold the cover at a closed condition relative to the base assembly. The resilient member is pliable, is mounted between the base assembly and the cover and has a first positioning segment, a second positioning segment and a bent resilient segment. The first positioning segment is connected to the base assembly. The second positioning segment is connected to the cover. The bent resilient segment is formed between the positioning segments. Accordingly, the pliable resilient member can provides a gentle force for opening the cover relative to the base assembly.
